Company Served me on a Sunday! A Sunday you guys, My AC went out on Friday, I was Dying in this heat, could not cook just miserable. Noel did an amazing job for me today! He explained everything that was going on with my unit and the steps to repair it. He found and solved the problems quickly. He was the best service tech that I have ever used and want only him for my future service issues.
We called at 1:30 pm the day after Christmas with a problem at our rent house. Noell was there and had it fixed within 3 hours. We had called the company we have used in the past, and they couldn’t get to it for 3 days. We will definitely start using Southwest Heating and Air.
