AC crapped out on us late in the day on a hot summer night. Called around to a few other companies advertising emergency services and earliest availability was 5 days out. Called Smart Comfort and was assured a tech would be out same night and within 45 minutes Kaleb was ringing the doorbell. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and provided top tier service and within 30 minutes we had cool air coming through the vents. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs.
Good People!!! I called to have my generator serviced that was installed 9 years ago by Smart Comfort along with my heat and air unit that was also installed by them. Great service and friendly service.
Joel and his team are great. We had a new HVAC unit put in about a year ago, and everything has been great with it. I worked with Joel at a solar company years ago that had an HVAC line of business, and people loved Joel at that place too. He knows his stuff; he's credible; and he's nice!
The way they do their bi annual cleaning was far beyond what other companies have ever done, they actually took unit part and cleaned from inside rather than just spraying cleaner on outside of unit and washing away. The detail of a system maintenance was so effective and detail oriented that my wife and I just bought a new Heat Pump and A/C from them! We bought a high efficiency Daikin One system! Again, the level of detail to the install and follow up after install has been better than any other company we have used in the past! If you call the business, the either answer or call you back immediately and if you need service for emergency service they will work you in to get your issue resolved! Best part is the are HONEST & RELIABLE! They have a customer for life!
Randy from Smart Comfort is not only courteous, timely, and professional, but clearly knows what he's doing! We went from not having A/C for weeks to cool in just a matter of hours. Thank you!
I'd like to thank Matt, Cole and Joel for the wonderful customer service and concern about my not having AC when Little Rock temperatures went over 100 degrees. I had begun to think that Customer Service was a thing of the past, but not with these fellows!
This is the best heat and air company ive ever delt with. Joel really knows his stuff and then after dealing with him he sent out a technician who also really knew his stuff. Hands down the best a/c company in little rock. Whatever the charge, its worth it to not have to deal with dummies when your home is hot and the air wont work.
Working with this company was an awesome and amazing experience. They were very professional and they were prompt as well. The work was superb and I would recommend them to any and everyone. if you are looking for an affordable company to work on your Central Air conditioning that does quality and honest work then this is the company for you. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed service again. This is the first and only company I am calling.
We own a small historic hotel and cooling the place can be tricky in the summer. Joel Gates has been absolutely incredible in designing a system with traditional ducted AC and non-ducted mini split AC to cool each room and make our guests very comfortable! Additional, Randy on his team is absolutely amazing. He is always so helpful, timely, professional, and kind. Randy has helped several business owners in our area and we all brag about him. Thank you Joel and Randy for being the best and taking such great care of us!
I received 5 quotes to install a new A/C unit. I picked Joel at Smart Comfort because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable, best price, gave me options on what I needed, and plus I did not have to wait weeks to have it installed. Kaleb and Randy installed a new A/C with heat pump last Thursday, 4-28-2022. They did a wonderful job. I have never been so excited to get a perfect A/C unit. My last A/C lasted 23 years and I hope this one does as well. I had my air on 70 and below all weekend...freezing. Plus, my furry babies love the new unit too. Thanks Joel, Kaleb, and Randy!!
I said I would do this review over a year ago, and slacked off, but I feel I owe it to these hard working individuals to say some thing. 1st- I trust them. We paid in cash and I had no doubt that they are doing a fabulous job. 2nd- They have come when they said they would ever single time, to date, and we have had them over at least 10 times. 3rd- When they do a job they do it right. They don't take short cuts and you can tell. They really, I mean it, are knowledgable. 4th- They aren't selling you stuff. They really are just trying to give you the best possible option for you and your house. Cole worked with us and was extremely honest about payment options and possibilities. Which includes telling you when they can do a small repair instead of something massive to fix your problem. 5th- They were very patient with my children's presence and questions. Randy in particular was awesome with my kids kind of getting under foot.
I had Smart Comfort perform a Level 2 servicing, and they did an excellent job. Matt was very thorough and also walked me through what all he was doing and what the results meant. I will definitely be using them in the future for any HVAC needs! Update: Thanks to Randy and Caleb for doing an excellent job fixing my AC! They did a great job and my house has cool air again!
Custom designed system for my home, taking account for future efficiency upgrades. Job completed on time and at the price quoted. Joel and the crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication.
Joel and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. Randy took the time to give my wife some tips on saving energy and made some great recommendations. Highly recommend this company. Gave them 5 stars because they earned it.
Hey these guys do WORK. Matt got my totally squared away fast and accurate. And they are very responsive and on the ball. They listened to what I described the problem to be and they had a good idea going in to it, Matt troubleshot everything and pinpointed the problem with my outside unit fan motor. Also got me a new compactor and I feel very secure about my ac being in good working order now. They stand by their work. I recommend em!
Definitely recommend SmartComfort. Cole worked with me to figure out what I needed and Matt and Kaleb did a great job installing my new unit and duct work. Very respectful of our house and my time. Will definitely use them in the future
We were so happy to finally find a reputable and professional company to help us with our AC! Unlike our previous company you didn’t try to sell us an unneeded new unit at 10 times the cost! The technician got right to work and made sure we were completely satisfied when he finished. We will highly recommend your company to our friends! Incredibly professional, courteous, and all around top notch job done by these guys! Very clear expectations were set before the job was started, and it was completed within the time frame, and we even got a follow up! Highly recommend Coleman and his crew!
