Best crew in the whole state. Love spending my money here.
As a life long HVAC service tech having a dependable supplier is crucial, especially in the summer time. They always do a great job of keeping inventory and there is always someone in staff with knowledge of their industry. You can always count on the counter guys to get you what you need in a timely manner.
The Little Rock team is AWESOME! Needed a rare and highly specific part for non-functioning heat pump unit. Luther confirmed stock and sent part out same day as I requested and paid for overnight but he ensured it went out same day. Very polite and helpful staff; just cannot say enough about this excellent experience. It is becoming difficult to find companies who care about customers and want to go the extra mile—R&E supply is a company that cares and gets things done. Jack was able to provide tracking number quickly and I received my part in less than 24hrs (I’m in Charlotte, NC.) Would not hesitate to contact again for any future needs.
Excellent service. I called today for a condenser fan motor and they got me hooked up within the hour. Did my own install and I'm no longer sweating to death in 90 degree heat. Thanks again!

Quick unload friendly staff
After shopping at the store for 20-plus years, today was my last visit. The counter staff is unwilling to help and when they do help they don't have anything in stock. Do yourself a favor and just go to another supply house that's more dependable.

These guys are Top Notch. I always go in and ask if they mind me calling my hubby to tell them what he needs. Living in Mt Ida makes running to the Electric Store calculated. They always smile, take the phone and say, "Yes, Joe, what can we help you with today." I love R&E.
