GF Heat + Air will always be my go to from now on. From the initial phone call to our control board being replaced... all complete within 20 hours. I can not say enough about Carlos and these guys, thank you so much!
If you are looking for a dependable, honest, and thorough company with excellent customer service skills call G&F Heat/Air. I was introduced to this company through my home owners insurance about 4 years ago and they have been thorough and reliable since the start. As of last year the technician advised me that in the following year (2022) he wouldn't have access to the coolant for my unit because it would be outdated. So once year rolled around my home owners insurance and I were prepared for what was to come. In May, I had them to service my unit twice for insurance purposes. Fast forward to June of 22...My home owners insurance basically dropped the ball on me and I was left to pay for everything out of pocket. Throughout the entire process G&F not only continued to service my unit, but they also made me feel valued as a customer. Their response time was speedy, they were trustworthy, and they followed up with me and status of my unit the entire process. I called G&F on a Thursday around 3:30pm, after receiving the response from insurance company, so I could update them on the status of the results, and to see how quickly they could come and service my house with a new unit. They came that following Friday, at 7am in the morning, serviced me a new unit, and was done by 12pm with the entire service. They even tidied up their work areas both inside and outside the house. G&F Heat/Air reminded of what it was like to be valued as a customer, and they truly exemplified EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I am so happy with my new unit!
they are SPAM, they come to my home and told me unit inside and outside need to change. (my unit less then 5 years old) they asked me $5000. and i called some other guy who came to my house fixed in $200. Please Be careful these SPAM people
My heater was making a strange humming noise. Called in the morning and had someone over an hour later. He cleaned out the heater motor and eliminated the noise. The service was quick, professional and friendly and the total service charge was very reasonable.

I've used them for my air-conditioning needs on 3 separate occasion and I've been super satisfied every time! They get things done in a timely manner and can usually have someone out to you within the hour they are truly a great business
Very knowledgable technician! Quick fast efficient service to my Goodman gas heating unit! Turns out my heating sensor (shown below) needed to be replaced! Not cold anymore!

Our AC was out upstairs, we filed a claim with the home warranty company and never heard from the first contractor. The AC had already been out for 3 days, once GF was assigned I gave them a call and they came out within 30 minutes. They worked late, and came back in the morning to finish the job. We were so appreciative! They could have done the bare minimum but made sure each component was working. Great company!
