Brad was very professional and timely! He serviced our HVAC unit and was very straight forward about two minor repairs he recommended making. If you are looking for a reputable HVAC company, I highly recommend Dash. We are now part of their Club Membership to prolong the lifespan of our unit.
So helpful! I got a call reminding me of my appointment (that I completely forgot), and they were still so nice and understanding and able to fit me in the same day. The technician, Sean, was very kind and explained every step he was taking and why he was doing it. His communication and professionalism really made me confident and trustworthy of the care he took on our system. Highly recommend!

Britt Sterling was my technician. He did a great job!! Very nice man. We had a complex mystery problem but he solved it quickly and our AC was up and running within about an hour. Very happy. ADDENDUM: my condensation line was still a bit clogged, so Dash sent Cato & Sean to help. They fixed it quickly...no extra charge to me. THIS IS FANTASTIC SERVICE! Nice guys too.

We had a great experience. Everyone from the initial call to the sales to the HVAC technicians were absolutely top notch. We had a snag in our installation and they quickly found a solution and completed the install the correct way. This is a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.
TECH WAS WELL TRAINED, BUT HIS PERSONNAL HYGIENE WAS HORRIBLE. I HE HAD BEEN WORKING AT MY HOUSE I WOULD HAVE SENT HIM AWAY DO TO HIS BAD BODY ODOR. HE LEFT THE BUILDING HE WAS WORKING IN SMELLING HORRIBLE, HAD TO SPRAY DOWN BUILDING TO KILL THE ODOR. YOU NEED TO INFORM HIM TO SHOWER AND WEAR CLEAN CLOTHES WHEN HE MAKES SERVICE CALLS.

The DASH tech came over and gave us a quote on replacing the condensate pump. He was on time, cordial, and knowledgeable. We are now reviewing the quote.
Did business with Harriman in 80’s when building houses. Great company and Brad was professional!
Service call cost $287. $50 was for the capacitor. It Would have cost an extra $500 to tell me if there was a leak…. Unit is still not cooling after buying a new capacitor. Wasted money. I would have expected at least some added coolant for that price.
The employees of Dash were all prompt, professional and friendly. The whole experience from estimating through a full day 3-person installation was fantastic!
Staff was very pleasant on the phone. Service gentleman was pleasant and friendly and able to diagnose my problem fairly quickly. Price was very reasonable, especially on the weekend. I appreciate them taking care of my situation in such a timely manner.
