They were on time,very professional and answered any questions I had.
We are from out of town. Arrived at our Hot Springs house on Friday afternoon to no AC. Called at 3:30 pm, tech was here before 5, he worked non stop for 2 hours and was able to identify the problem and get it repaired.
Brad was very informative and knew immediately what was going on with our generator. Set up a maintenance contract on the spot and scheduled an appointment for next week.
Friendly and knowledgeable crew put in the new unit .in just a few hours we were cool again.
Darren checked our hvac units and unclogged a drain. He was polite, professional & knowledgeable.
Our upstairs air conditioner was not working. Called and they came, repaired it and it is working well now.

Called Bert Black who has been my "go to" for home repairs for some years. This time, it was to have a garbage disposal replaced. Appointment was scheduled within 3 days. They send a picture of the service technician before arrival time which is very assuring. Job was done, space left clean and had operational disposal within a couple of hours.

We’ve used Bert Black to service our HVAC system for several years and recently they replaced our old units. Bert Black as company communicates well, works efficiently and their employees are always courteous. They also have gone above and beyond normal service. We had an issue with the copper tubing having been run across a walkway in our attic by the original HVAC company who did the initial install. The guys at Bert Black corrected this issue and another issue where the original company had cut corners. I feel more confident in using Bert Black now than ever before. I never felt like I was being high pressured to spend more on extra things. They saw a couple problems and fixed them. I felt like they were making things “right”.

Had been dealing with another HVAC company through my home warranty for 5 weeks trying to get my AC fixed. After 3 visits and several component changes, it still was not working. Gave up on them and called Bert Black based on a recommendation from a colleague. Bob had the problem resolved quickly and even checked other minor maintenance items to ensure I was good to go. Two thumbs up for Bob and the entire crew at Bert Black. Will definitely use them for all my future HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair. Thank you for bringing the cool.
We've had Bert Black come out several times since we bought our house in 2018 and was always happy with the techs that came out, but recently they just don't return our calls. We, along with everyone else, had frozen pipes around Christmas 2022. We called them to see when they could come out. They did say it was a pretty long list, but they would call us when they knew when they could get us in. They never called us back. Now it's summer 2023 and our ac isn't working. We called, they took our information and a tech would give us a call with when they can come out. That was 2 days ago, and no call. We have a different company coming later today. I guess the person who answers the phone doesn't do the scheduling, and we just slipped through the cracks. Christmas was crazy so I gave them a pass, but now it's happened twice. We won't be trying again.
Technician was personable and friendly, communicated well. He fixed the vents and even provided another solution to make sure the air circulated properly in the bedroom! Great job!
Bert Black replaced the outdated florescent light fixtures in my office. They were very professional and courteous. They were here on time and completed the job at hand rather quickly. I highly recommend Bert Black.
My hot water heater started pouring water at 8:00 at night. I called them and they sent a technician right over to stop the leaking. The next day, Stephen Ray showed up first thing and installed a new one. Very good experience!! Highly recommend this company!!!! Great job!!!
