Airmasters installed a new unit (inside and outside) and all new duct work in our house. The house was built in 1957 so they had to build a platform for the inside unit as well as evacuation line for condensation. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The unit was installed in the fall so this month was the first time we ran our air conditioning. The unit was not cooling properly so we called. They were dispatched within 2 hours, found the issue (a defective thermocouple) and repaired it. They also went over the rest of the unit looking for any issues with the system. The manager even came out to inspect and confirm the problem. They apologized for the issue, cleaned up and left. no paperwork to sign, no charge, no problems. The defective thermocouple came from the manufacturer, no way to know until the unit was fired up for summer. I am so glad that we chose Airmasters.... not only do they do good work... they back it up.

Consulted with them to put a unit in my small house. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time and we’re very professional. They measured and advised that a mini split unit was more beneficial over a centrally based unit due to size of the home. By utilizing a mini split it was energy efficient and saved me money. Had one installed an was very happy with the performance. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed to replace my aging AC/furnace combo this year as it had hit its end of life and was starting to fail. Airmasters was able to quote me for a system that was significantly cheaper than the competition without comprising on quality. In fact, I suspect the quality of the installation to be better than the competition. We signed the paperwork on a Friday and Airmasters was here Monday morning to begin the installation. After 2 days of work I had a fully functioning hvac system again. Both techs that came out (didn't get their names) were very professional and polite. 6/5 stars

Punctual. Explained everything very well. 6 months out and everything is running perfectly. I used to have a room in my house that was always too hot or too cold, and they fixed the problem in my air ducts so I don't have that temperature variation anymore. My utility bills are down about 35% too with the new multi-stage unit they sold me. Also got a cool thermostat that works with my phone and Wi-Fi so I could control things remotely. That's no small part of helping out with the utility bills. I can't recommend air masters enough!

Very disappointed. We have used them for years. However, they serviced our unit as part of the maintenance agreement and broke our unit. After they left, NOTHING would come on. We couldn’t even get the emergency heat to come on. It was a weekend so we called their 24/7 service line. We spoke to the girl 3 separate times and she kept saying “the tech will give you a call.” We never got that call. Instead, we went all weekend without any heat. On that Monday, I called again. Luckily we already had another appointment scheduled (the pervious guy didn’t clean something, so he was supposed to come back). The tech that showed up on Monday knew about the cleaning, but not that we didn’t have heat. He fixed our heat, then quoted us for the cleaning (again didn’t clean it) and left. I have called the office countless times asking to speak to someone about all this. I only get told “someone will call you back.” That doesn’t happen. I do NOT recommend this company. Since this, I have called multiple other companies for maintenance agreements. Everywhere is substantially cheaper. We have switched companies.

Did a inquiry online and git a text to schedule, I responded and never heard back. Also called amd never got a call back. We wanted to purchase a whole new unit and ducts etc from there but guess they're to busy to respond. Went with Comfort Concepts who responded immediately. Def lost out on some money from us. Oh well. Terrible.

I called because my 21 year old unit was not cooling and Bryan came out as scheduled for the repair. Unfortunately he had to wait for me to get home to tell me the bad news. The unit had to be replaced. Truly this was kind of expected and he had already prepared a quote for replacement. I also had purchased the maintenance agreement for the year. I had them install as soon as possible since my wife is home. Casey and Raymond came as scheduled and did the removal and install on time. They were very aware of keeping the house clean as well as the yard. Very nice and very efficient with their time. I really do appreciate the time each of the staff took to make sure my house stayed as cool as possible and completed the install.
