The owner is an honest man ive known ther family for about 17 years now they do clean and very professional work they stay up to date on codes and do everything for customer satisfaction if you're in need of AC installation or service give them a call highly recommended and definitely deserve the five star way to go!..
Hands down the best HVAC company around. Extremely responsive, very professional, honest and caring of their customers. Ray Hoover’s team was well organized and ran like a well oiled machine. They had to take down part of my fence; take old unit out, bring new unit in; put fence back up; replace 2 ducts; fix ancient connections; and build a new cover box. By 4:30 we had air!! I promise you won’t go wrong with making that 1 CALL!!
Mr Ray and his crew did a great job! Not only did he promptly come out the day I called for a quote but they were on-time for the day of installation. Every crew person I encountered was polite and professional and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend 1 Call Heat and Air.
I called Ray to get an HVAC quote, and he came out the next morning. Once we agree on the install it only took a few days to come out and install the new system. This wasn't an emergency; our system was just old. They had to remove part of my privacy fence to get the new unit in my backyard, but they absolutely returned everything back to its original condition. Ray and his team were all very professional and did a great job! It's not mid-Arkansas summer yet, but we can already tell a huge difference with our new unit!
These guys are Legit!! I called at 6am Christmas Eve they were here in 2 hours and I’d felt like Santa was here when they appeared!!! Fixed my heater and off they went!! The nicest most professional team!! Can’t thank you enough!! You saved our day!!

Keep up the good work. This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Heating & Air equipment is not cheap these days to replace and with that being said I will continue to use your services in keeping my Tempstar system running at peak performance. Thanks Again...
Great service! Called in the evening and they came by the next morning to fix my compressor. Reasonable pricing and quick.
Worked hard to come by the same day I called. Every other business I called told me it would be 4 days or more before they could even come by. The new ac was installed the next business day. Excellent communication and incredible care for our property and the well-being of our family. Very grateful!
they have terrible service and they are rude. the driver is a terrible driver and he should not be trusted to drive a company truck. I called up there to tell them about they’re drivers terrible service and they hung up in my face. The whole time I was using them I felt like the job wasn’t gonna get all the way done because they didn’t seem to know what they were doing they kept asking me questions like they didn’t know much about the service they were supposed to be providing to me.
I called at 9:45 on a Saturday night and Ray was at my house by 8am Sunday morning to get my AC back up and going. Highly recommend, can’t be good responsive service like that.
