From the phone call for service Miss Kayla and Miss Kathy are friendly, caring, attentive, and fast. The owner and Technician, Brad, is professional, polite, and has a respectful tell it like it is approach. Brad explains the problem in a way that is understandable, offers multiple options, is mindful of your budget, and cares about your situation and how he can best help more than profit. I contacted Brad via his Facebook post about a spring tuneup special. I made an appointment for him to service both my a/c units. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of both my units, gave me a detailed invoice and the price was excellent. Excellent honest evaluation of old heating unit. Replaced heating unit at an affordable cost. Helpful honest and knowledgeable. Our new unit works wonderfully I recommend them to everyone.
