We arrived home from a vacation to find our air conditioning was not working. Called H&K on a Friday morning to see what they could do. They sympathized but let me know they wouldn't be able to get to us until Monday. Knowing the weekend was going to be quite warm, she apologized. I thought about it and had recommendations from other friends and thought I would give those places a call. She completely understood but let me know that I could always give them a call back. So I tried the one place that was recommended by several friends and they were not able to get to us until Wednesday! Called H&K right back and she took my information to place me on the docket for Monday. When she realized where we lived and that she had a technician 3 minutes away, she let me know that he could run by and take a peek. He arrived a couple hours later, took him 10 minutes to replace a part and we had air! I am beyond thankful for the hustle, concern and kindness shown by this company! Top notch! Thank you so much!

Thank you to Wes from H & K. He came out to see what my problem was with my A/C unit. He knew within 5 minutes. He ordered the part and came back in 3 days and got it installed. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend H& K heating and air!

I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. I’ve had several repairs on an ancient system that everyone else said needed to be replaced. They always give that estimate for the replacement but they’ve also offered a repair at every service with my 20+ year old off brand ac unit. I’m convinced these guys can repair/replace anything HVAC related.

My air conditioner went out this morning (of course, during the prime, hottest time of the year.) I called H&K Heat and Air to see when they could come check it out to fix it. They said they would try to come over sometime today and they were here in less than an hour and fixed it immediately! Wes was very professional, friendly and explained exactly what the problem was after he fixed it. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone! Hands down, the best customer service I've ever experienced. I 100% stand behind giving them five stars!

There were two men that came (did not get their names) one being a trainee and one training. The trainee was nice and professional. The other was rude anytime I would attempt to ask a question. They changed out a part and assured me that my hvac was in working order. I paid the bill only to still have my hvac not cooling my home. Definitely will not use this company again nor will I recommend this company. Update: I’m a believer in second chances and starting fresh. The same two guys came back this morning and diagnosed the problem and weighed out my options with me. People are entitled to bad days and today truly made up for the bad day from before. Thank you for coming back out and redeeming all previous.

I had a split unit go bad and called H&K. They were on time and very professional. They filled with Freon and dye and found a week later the leak in the outside unit. I had to also replace the 3 head units. They ordered the unit and when it came in, they got it installed in one day. I'm impressed that they sent 3 trucks and 5 tech's to do the job. They had to cut sheetrock and replumb to make it fit. This made a mess which they cleaned up and vacuumed. Also did good job cutting sheetrock for easy caulk and paint. As far as price, I didn't get a second estimate. But everything seems pricey in today's world. It's hard to put a price on a good job. Spencer was the lead tech from start to finish. He was accurate in his estimate and didn't try to BS me. The new units (lg) are nice and quiet. They are replacing Friedrich unit that lasted 8 years. Glad to get rid of the Friedrich. I'll recommend these guys to friends. Excellent!!!

The gentleman who came and diagnosed the issue was nice enough, but when trying to get in contact with these people its like pulling teeth. The number they were texting me on, I asked if they could quote me the price and I ended up having to call the next day due to no response. The lady I got in contact with was driving so I was totally understanding when she said she would have to call me back, but then she didn't, I got a text from the servicer. Also asked in text if they could move the scheduled time from end of the week to asap and I was told they would contact me Monday. No calls. I'm switching companies due to poor response times/no response. Edit: the new company found out that they overloaded my unit with Freon and noticed my ceiling air filter was needing to be changed. Good thing because I dont have a step ladder yet.
