John has come by twice to fix my appliances and went way above and beyond both times. The first time, my fridge had a clogged drain line. He flushed it then helped me find the part numbers for the plastic drawers in the fridge at no charge. Then, he came by to fix my range and diagnosed that the infinite switches were burning out. He quoted me a price to fix them and recommended that I NOT pay him to do the work because it would be expensive and there were other expensive parts on the stove that were probably at end of life too. He recommended that I get a new oven even if it meant he didn't make more money on the deal. Seriously looking out for his customer and honest as they come. PLUS, he mentioned he grew up in HVAC and I mentioned I was having a problem with my blower. He went out to the garage, rewired the thing, and fixed it on the spot. No charge. Saved me a $200 visit from the HVAC guys. I can't say enough good things about John and Protech. I hope this review gets them some business, because they're great and deserve lots of business!
Johnathan was very professional and friendly. He got my dryer fixed the same day he came to look at what was wrong with it. He got it fixed super quick! I highly recommend ProTech appliance for any appliance fixing or your AC!!
First time to use this company, and was chosen based on previous reviews. Very nice folks on the phone, excellent communication, short-time to appointment. Tech was very nice, professional, and pricing was perfectly reasonable. Will be using them as needed in the future.

Quick same day service at a fair price...
I really appreciate how responsive Johnathan was to my request for service especially since I work an extreme schedule. He came and diagnosed the problem with my gas dryer in a very timely manner albeit he had to leave to procure the part since it was an older model and didn't have it on hand. Told me he'd return in about an hour. Ok, but dang I barely got my sandwich ate and here he was...talk about "early bird gets the worm", Johnathan will win everytime. Great job Johnathan, you and your excellent service are very much appreciated!

Our dryer stopped heating the day we got home from the hospital with a newborn. I figured it was the heating element and we needed it fixed in a hurry. I called pro tech the next day and they were the only appliance repair company that could come out the same day. The tech told me he would be at our house at noon. He called around 1130 to give an update that he is running behind but he would be here at 2. Sure enough, he called again when he was on his way and showed up on time. The dryer was fixed in a timely manner and it has been running perfect ever since. I highly recommend pro tech for their efficiency, quality, and prices.
We called Pro-Tech for our freezer issue. John kept in touch about his arrival time and completed the service in a timely manner. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and was discussed in advance. We would definately recommend Pro-Tech!
We used Pro-Tech for a dishwasher installation. John worked with us on scheduling the appointment we needed, and showed up on time. The install was quick and efficient. Dishwasher looks good.
