Anytime I am in need & I get a hold of my Johnstone Supply with my needs I am treated with the upmost respect and consideration. The manager, Billy is always more that helpful, positive & up beat; even when he has to deliver unfortunate news to me, i.e. a part that has been discontinued; this is after he has to tried to find me a comparable part or replacement. The atmosphere and team's behavior show that they respect their manager as well as each other; which reflects & goes a long way. When & if my needs arrive I will contact Billy & my Johnstone guys 100% of the time first due directly to the respect I am given!!! Thank you so much guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
