My toilet suddenly was leaning to the left - Blaylock came out, said the floor would have to be redone. Advised me to buy the toilet and tile myself, which I was happy to do. They were supposed to be there on Monday, but got hung up on another job, so rescheduled for Wednesday (not a huge deal, except for letting work know I would have to be off again). The guys did a beautiful job on the tile work, were professional and personable, and got me up and running in a day (which was a must, as I only have one bathroom!). They came back to grout the next day, and it took them no time to finish. The only two things that I wish they had taken care of was hauling off the old toilet and putting the piece of trim back down in the entrance to the bathroom. Neither is a huge deal - just hard for me to get the toilet to the curb and I'm dangerous with a hammer! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.
They came in a timely manner, were friendly, and got job done efficiently.
WHO! I put 1 star because. My phone made me.
Blaylock Heat & Air installed a new AC unit and furnace at my home recently and did a fantastic job. I was amazed at how immaculately the technicians left my garage where they installed the furnace. It was neater and cleaner than it was before they arrived. Both the heat and air work to perfection and the price was very reasonable. Blaylock’s has done my heat, air and plumbing work for 25 years and they have always done superior work.
People are nice but service is terrible. My AC was dripping inside the closet from the coupling where the drain pipe comes out of the unit. It took them 3 trips out to make it stop, apparently a hose was touching the side of the inside panel so condensation was running down the side of the panel and onto the coupling instead of into the pan and out the pipe where it's supposed to go. Then I had a gas leak and it took them 3 or trips out to fix it... First guy installed a new shut off valve and pipes, that didn't fix it. 2nd guy brought a gas leak detector but didn't know how to use it so I read the instructions and figured it out for him. He wasn't sure if it was working so i tested it by holding my lighter next to it and releasing butane, since the instructions said it detected propane, natural gas, as well as butane. After that reassuring bit he said my regulator was bad and he'd order a new one.. 3rd guy came out after waiting 4 or 5 days for part to come in and installed the regulator. No more leaks... But when I went to use the heater a few weeks later, when it got cold, there was an error and it wouldn't kick on. I thought that was weird because the guy that installed the regulator tested it, but apparently he didn't actually let it run long enough to ignite. Status light blink code indicated a missing ground. I got down on the ground and looked up behind the regulator. Yep, a green wire just tucked up behind it out of sight, not connected to anything. I had to screw the wire to where i think it belongs to get my heater working at 2am.. Fingers crossed, right??
I use them for plumbing, and they are great! Professionals, and they don’t charge crazy amounts
Chuck Hooks, has amazing customer service. I am looking forward to doing business with Blaylock Heating & Air...Cherre' with Ghan & Cooper
Fantastic services highly recommend this company
One of their employees cut me off in traffic. Then began to harass me for the next couple of miles. Blocking traffic and flipping me off. He kept trying to get me to pull over. I'm assuming to fight. It was truck 38. This incident happened on old greenwood just before 7 a.m. Someone like that has no place going on anyone's home and should be fired immediately. Yet after I called this incident in, I still see this same guy driving to work in the morning. And I've seen him do this to others for no apparent reason
Great service and very professional
They took care of the gas heater issues at my place of employment quickly and efficiently. I'll use them again if needed.
We had a gas fireplace that needed service. I called Blaylock and from the first call they were ridiculously awesome. Then I got Jeff as my technician. Let me tell ya about Jeff. This man was the ultimate professional and his respectful behavior, knowledgeability, his professionalism is second to none. He was the best service technician I have ever had about anything.... And that's hard cause I have another guy I love too from another company... But this guy was just amazing. Guys/Gals .. if you EVER have an issue about plumbing.... Call Blaylock and if you have a choice in the matter...choose Jeff. Just don't book him too much cause I may need him again. Jeez what a company. Ten stars. Thank you Blaylock and thank you JEFF.
Great service and great price. Super friendly
Fast and great service.
We had a toilet leak and install. Jeff was a very kind and professional man who installed a new toilet for us in a quick and tidy manner. He was also friendly and professional and left the ground around the toilet looking so much neater than it looked with our older model. He really provided an outstanding service and I cant recommend him enough. We will always call blaylock and ask for Jeff :)
They were very professional and courteous..They did a great job..We had new Heat and Air installed..They came in did a terrific job. Thanks Blaylock! We are very happy with the job you did!
Terrible company and customer service. Owners takes no responsibility for employee behavior. Edit: This was not me that posted the original post. Instead of deleting I will post this edit not to harm this business. I’m not familiar with them and have never lived in Fort Smith. If biz owner would like me to delete please let me know. Apologies
I’ve always used Blaylock for my residence and never had such an awful experience. This will be the second time that they came to my place of employment while I was working and did a subpar job. The building was completely renovated and they installed all the new lines and plumbing. There’s been issues multiple times. The last time a mountain of feces came up the bathroom floor drain as I was in the bathroom. They were called, they came in a timely manner. For some reason the technician had an attitude when he got there. I enquired to him about them cleaning the sewage up all over the back of the salon bc obviously we are not equipped for that. He said that’s not their job, which I don't know why it isn’t but I asked him whose job is it and he very rudely said we usually call service Service Master but we’re not calling them for you” He was very unprofessional and rude the entire time for no apparent reason besides doing his job Since I cannot respond to the owners reply. I am adding this edit: Mr Blaylock proved my whole point of the very unprofessional manner that they deal with their customers who pay to for their service. Most business owners would try to improve customers relations or apologize for their employee's rude behavior, when someone such as my boss has spent a very large amount of money with them, not call names. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the fact he's an African American male. The whole "fake news" rhetoric seems to lean towards that attitude. But employees follow the example of the supervisor and in this case is very sad bc I have used Blaylock for & years at my residence and will NEVER use them or recommend them again! Lastly, common sense is that when you see a mountain of feces literally push the drain all the way up you run out of the bathroom and not use it anymore.
We used Blaylock for a plumbing issue, at my place of work, and they were not professional at all. They tracked waste down the hallways, but not only that but the guy “fixing” the issue was extremely disrespectful towards girls who were working. Definitely was not a pleasant experience, and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Not professional , very rude
