Good - Kaden, Keagan, and Gabriel were all professional and polite. Bad- I was experiencing a leak, I called them out last year and they added fre on and fixed a capacitator, the second it gets hot outside (6 months later) there is still a leak, they originally were going to charge me for a leak search and fre on again, after speaking with them they agreed not to charge me for that as it should of been done the first time. Now (2 months later) it’s leaking again, one of the service men told me they weren’t going to charge me for fre on, but they did, and they didn’t do a full leak search, just added fre on and told me to get a new unit ($8,000+). From a consumer stand point it felt like they didn’t want to try and fix anything, just do a quick temporary fix and tell me to pay them $8,000+ to just get a new unit.
The first two men that came to my home were pleasant and explained everything in detail to me as to what had to be done to fix my problem. They worked and didn't waste time. Friendly and courteous. The next visit to complete the job was handled better than I could have imagined. Work completed in less time than expected. Prices are far better than any of the other companies I have used in the past. I feel using Absolute Heating and Air, the work was done properly. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Absolutely the best AC service from any company I’ve used over the years. Caden and Kegen was extremely professional, went above and beyond servicing my AC. Caden was training Kegen and was taking his time to explain the mechanics on what was needed. Very impressed to watch a someone use hands on training. Mark of a good trainer. Kegen was intently watching and asking lots of questions.
Edited to add: German performed maintenance on our AC yesterday and he was a literal life-saver. I am so thankful to him and the team at Absolute! I asked for a quote on a whole home humidifier. Chad was prompt and courteous. Best of all, he gave me the pros and cons of the system and let me make the choice of whether to purchase with no pressure. The quote was no cost. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Great, great, great!!! They removed my old heating and air system and the improper flex duct and replaced my units and installed the proper hard ductwork required for a crawlspace and spray foam insulated it along with a whole home air purifier in the new unit. Everyone was professional, curious and polite. They went way out of their way to make sure everything was done right and we were happy. I'll never go anywhere else again!!

Jackson came today, and finally got my HVAC system working correctly. It’s a brand new unit. I’ve had it since October 2022 and it just wasn’t heating up my home but he knew exactly what to do with my heat pump and teach me how to use it correctly I’ve been so impressed by customer service that I have received from absolute heat and air, Jason was also with him and he was amazing as well and thanks to Rhonda. He takes care of all my needs and takes the phone calls. Always make sure that she gets service people out to help you. Thanks guys I feel warm and toasty now.

Logan and Josh introduced themselves and started right to work. After they finished, they answered all my questions completely. I am happy I now have a team I can trust now to keep my heat and AC running smoothly
I have used Absolute for several years now and am always happy with the service I have received. I made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks going with a cheaper service company and won't make that mistake again! The team at Absolute came and fixed the issues created by the aforementioned company and now I trust no one else with my HVAC system. Great team from top to bottom, highly recommend Absolute!
Our HVAC unit went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Our neighbors recommended this Absolute Air. We are glad they did! Ruby, Chad and Logan were great to work with. Logan was the technician that came out, even though the weather was rough and fixed our issue. Also installed the thermostat and we signed up for the HVAC membership. Can't recommend them enough!

Larry was on time, professional and knowledgeable. If you want it done right and affordable, call Absolute! They have installed thermostats, replaced a Unit and maintained my system for years now. I will not use anyone else.
