Same day ! Always does exactly what they say ,very informative, professional
I asked specifically about a slab leak detecting and I was told they would do it. The charge was for $550 and Joey came with a wrench, walked about the kitchen and the water meter for about half an hour only to mention “ you need to change the faucet and need a leak detector with gas to find if it is under the slab, it will cost you about $800 more”. Extremely disappointed!!! EXTREMELY!!! $550 in the garbage😤😤😤
Good communication, and fast service. Very knowledgeable.
We had a water pipe burst on Christmas day. Was very difficult to get someone out to fix it with it being the holiday and the increase of repairs needing to be made with the frozen temperatures. Pettry was quick to respond and get us taken care of
Had a pipe burst and they picked up the phone right away and had someone out to solve and fix the issue. Amazing service and amazing workers!
Highly recommended. They came out in this cold weather and helped with my situation in a quick response.
Me Pettry does quality professional work. He was honest with me about the issues and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He helped keep the cost down. He did a great job
They took my talk at 0530 in the morning. Was able to talk to someone for further assistance, but was ultimately not needed when my plumbing problem was resolved on its own. (Pipes thawed). Exchanged text messages, was prompt with their responses. If I ever need help again, these guys are my first choice. Thank you.
Good response in providing information and a bid. Jesse was very helpful.
I.would highly recommend this company because of their service and doing the job right
Fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, kept us from melting in the hundred degree weather!
Always a good experience and answers emergency calls.
Fixed our AC the same day. I'm happy we didn't need a new system. I will use them next time.
Great job by Jesse
Whenever I call these guys they solve my problem quickly, first time my sewer was stopped up an the cleared it up same day, this time my heater stopped over night, they came out next day an luckily had parts to fix it onsite, less than 400 bucks. We will use them next time.
Wow!! talk about scamming people. Charged over $700 to repair a bad $25 motor capacitor. Even said it needed a new motor, freon and more repair work. Never once saw him refill anything or replace Motor.
Jesse did a great job getting my heat issue in Pea Ridge running again. His communication and work were quick and effective, even though he was juggling several jobs at once. I recommend Jesse and will use him again.
I grew up in the Fayetteville community and have worked with many wonderful subcontractors in Northwest Arkansas. I have to say that my experience with Pettry has not been wonderful. I only communicated with an individual named Jesse. The details of this story are quite remarkable. After telling Jesse that I would leave a review of my experience with his company he stated that his wife is a Lawyer and that I should expect a lawsuit soon if I leave a review. I will not go into many details on this post but I will say is that when I was gone on vacation a tenant of ours went through google listings and called Pettry due to a sewage back up. She was given our emergency number but lost it and called a random plumber directly. She called Pettry plumbing. I don't blame her, reviews look good. (But not a BBB member?) She was charged near $400.00 ( I do think this may have been on Christmas Eve) for 2 hours of work. The technician, I believe his name was Daniel, attempted to clear the blockage but was unable so he uncapped the cleanout and sewage ran out onto the lawn and he left it like that. My business partner contacted Daniel and my brother in law was under the impression that Daniel would call the city because Daniel stated that the blockage could be coming from the city side but it could be likely that we would need to spend between 8,000 to 10,000 dollars to cut into the road and replace a costly section of drain pipe on our end. The day after Christmas my business partner called the city and the city stated that they had no voicemails or messages from Daniel but they would come and check their end. The city came and flushed their end and reported that the blockage was our fault and from our pipe. My brother in law decided that this was a high dollar scenario and a second opinion was warranted. Johnson plumbing, for 175.00, came out and unclogged the blockage in a matter of minutes. We were able to recap the cleanout to prevent raw sewage going out on the lawn and ev
They surprisingly got here the same day. Didn't push me to buy a new unit like the company neighbors called last week, the guy fixed it in just a couple hours. It was under 500 bucks. I'll definitely use you guys again!
this guy super rude, and actually hung up on me
