We had both AC units out in our home and it has been hot! I called and within two hours, Robert showed up to inspect the units. LESS than 48 hours later, we had two new units installed. The guys that did the install worked very hard, were courteous, and got the job done! Amazing company and people!
Lost air in 100 degree temps. They came out same day from Benton to the Village and repaired my unit with no upselling. This is my company going forward for all my properties.
New customer to RKL. Responded to service request same day of request. Buddy Ayers was our service technician. He was prompt knowledgeable and had our AC unit back up and running in no time. Very friendly and kind. Answered all my questions. Very pleased with technician and RKL service! Will definitely use in the future.

I asked for an estimate on Thursday, they responded quickly with the best offer, and had the complete unit installed by Tuesday. Very fast and professional work. Thank you very much for making the wife happy!!
We had our a/c go out on a Friday at 2pm and by 3:30 the owner was at my house checking our unit, he was out helping his employees because they were busy. He informed us that the unit needed to be replaced and got us the price within an hour and had they had it replaced and running within 24 hrs. Super friendly and helpful we won't be using anyone else but RKL heating and cooling!
RKL Heating and Cooling is the best of the best. They have installed over 20 full hvac systems for me in different home build projects. I use them because of their quality of work, honesty and pricing. All the way from the owner to the front desk I have never had any issues. Quality people, quality work, and quality product!!! A1 in my book :)
The RKL team was professional ,friendly and helpful. These guys know their stuff! We are a rural Church and they understood the critical importance of HVAC for our aging congregation and was able to accelerate our timeline to be sure they were comfortable. I am thankful that we were blessed to have come across this fine company. They do excellent work and care about people. Thank you so very much. I recommend them very highly.
Rob did an excellent job accessing the issue with our A/C and fixing the issue. I truly appreciate him, his professionalism, and manners. He is not only a great and imperative asset, I can tell he is also a great person.

My A/C stopped working on the weekend like always. I called RKL on a Sunday around noon. They were here and had me fixed up in less than a hour. Highly recommend these guys. Chillin on Sunday afternoon. 👍🏻
This company stands behind their work like no other. I’ve used them for several repairs over many years, and when the units were finally giving out we used them for replacing both the heating and AC units. Outstanding customer service!!! Professional and timely in every way.
We've worked them previously and were great. We had them check our system at new house and were told everything was good and that they had actually serviced the house for years. After continous issues with ac/heating in new home, we got another company out who took pics of our ducting, etc and explained the ducting had been leaking and wasn't properly insulated resulting in possible water damage (which we have at certain registers) We knew the ac unit was old so weren't surprised when they told us that, however they explained the unit was too small, among other things. Rkl said the complete opposite but didn't provide anything to back up their claims that everything was fine when it clearly isn't. It seems because they've serviced the home previously and serviced it when requested in our purchase contract of the home, they didn't want anything to come back on them so they simply lied that the system was in working order. Instead of making us aware of the issues, rkl wanted us to spend hundreds if not thousands (wouldn't know because they never even got back with us on a quote) to add more runs which would have resulted in more issues and less air distribution where needed. Needless to say, we will use other companies over rkl in the future. For now, we get to try to sleep in a room that gets 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house and pay ridiculous energy bills because we can't afford to fix the massive issues rkl has overlooked.
Amazing work from start to finish. Robert came out and gave us a very reasonable price to replace a very antiquated system. He had it put in less than 3 days later. The installation technicians were very respectful and educational for our team. They cleaned up afterwards. Great experience all around.

This company is highly unprofessional. The women who answer the phones are condescending. Majority of the time, they won't call back as promised. If you're renting, you'll definitely be placed on the back burner.
After reading the reviews I decided to call this place. First time I called Robert said to call back in about a month. I said okay no problem. A month later I call back and they said Robert should get with me shortly. Still haven't heard anything else from them. So I'd say if you're in need of immediate attention, don't call these guys.
