Took a little long to get the repair completed and it was expensive. I'm sure the parts were the main reason for that. The repair is fine and it all works as it should.

Update: Our air unit completely quit on us about a week back, I called Mark again and they had my new unit installed in a little over a day. It is working wonderfully. Another job well done!
Great company and technicians! Came quickly to help get my air going, even though I know they were busy!
Called them to come out and service our AC to make sure everything was running properly because we just bought this house 3 weeks ago so we wanted to make sure our ac was good for the summer. Technician comes out checked Freon levels and says there is a clog in ac output and he clears it. He said the ac drip pan was full so he emptied it. The next day there is a stain in the ceiling where water is dripping on. Fiancé goes up there and pan is rusted out and water is dripping on the sheet rock above kitchen. It is very obvious pan needs to be replaced. It’s severely rusted and there is no emergency drip pan. Call them back and same technician comes out. Says yeah you need a new drip pan. Quotes is to fix it. We say fix asap. Never get a call so I call the main office and explain how this is pretty emergent and that he should have caught this when he was here. “Well, we didn’t charge you for his second visit” “sometimes it’s hard to see the drip pan completely “ her exact words. The drip pan is clearly leaking and is up at waist level. She said it’s another service department that’s schedules the replacement. She never called me back. I do not recommend this company.
Mark had one of the best prices. When he came out to give me a quote he just seemed the most knowledgeable person that gave me an estimate. Plus, once they were finished, everything was cleaned and no trash or debris was left behind
We had an issue with our ac unit today it was installed a few years ago by Mr. Heat and Air. Its a Saturday our ac went out I made a call and they were out here within 45 mins of the call!!!! Did I mention at about 7:30 in the evening? Prompt, friendy and the cost was much MUCH less than I was dreading. I have recommended them to 2 other family members and they say the same. Even the install when done was very reasonable, fast and always friendly! You call anyone else for your heat and air needs well you are missing out! Thank you from the Cruz family!
Nothing worse than having your air conditioner stop working in July! One call to MR Heat and Air and my problems were soon over. Mark came promptly, knew what he was doing, did a quick assessment, left to get a part, returned promptly, and had me up and running in just a couple of hours. He was very professional, courteous, informative, and reasonable. I will use him again although I hope not to have to, and I will surely give him high praises and my full recommendation.
Mark and his team came thru big time. Fixed what I had no idea was a major air circulation problem. I feel I have finally found an air conditioning company I can depend on. Thanks for making it easy.
Mark has been prompt to return calls/texts, even responding to texts well outside normal business hours. He took the time to show me what some problems were on the heater, and how I could take care of them myself. He is fair in his pricing. With respect to customer service, he exceeds all other companies I've used.

Ron dropped everything and came to my rescue. A/C up and cooling in less than 2 hours. Excellent turn around time on my call. Very pleased and if I have another A/C issue I will call them agai . Thanks again, Ron. 🙂
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! called for a service call. Long story short, after two service calls and less than 1 hour of time on site, billed over $600.00. they tell us we have a leak, did not attempt to find or fix, just put more Freon in and left. Cooling worked for a day and a half.
Called on Sunday afternoon and left message with answering service because my AC stopped working. Called back Monday at 10am and was told that they were given my message. Monday 5pm still haven’t received a call from them. I was at a minimum excepting a call to learn when they could get me scheduled in. I’ll spend my money elseplace.

I've used Mark for over a year! Anytime we have called he always calls back quickly! I have to say Mark is one of the most professional and value oriented businesses I have ever dealt with. Sooooo much better than the "big name" heating and air companies.
