Don’t let the country gentleman demeanor fool you. Matt Holstead is an HVAC genius. Adding to this a year out… These guys still do an excellent job. Shout out to Colton and Isaac who delivered the other night and saved us from the NWA heat.

Our AC unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Micah asked if we had another unit in our home, which we do not. His client list was long, but he said he would do what he could. He called later that evening and asked if we minded staying up late. He had two more clients in front of us. We are in awe of how he went above and beyond to help us. He has raised the bar on what customer service can be. Thank you Micah for expert service and going the extra mile for your customers! Thank you!!
Our home has 3 units (2 of which were aging). 3 years ago the first unit began leaking due to rust and abuse, I had American Home Shield, and I first met Micah. He tried to repair the issue, but it was rusted through and would be cost prohibitive to repair. He installed a new unit which we have been exceptionally pleased with. We had scheduled to replace the 2nd aging unit, he did that last year and it is performing exceptionally. His team is professional, thorough and they strive for excellence. I recommended him to my Mother who is very happy with her new install and the punctuality and performance of his team. Dylan serviced our units today, very knowledgeable and professional.
Dillan, Mike, and Parker were great! From the diagnosis to replacing the unit, all were very professional and excellent to work with. They worked quickly and got us cool again. Micah has been my AC guy for almost 15 years and I won’t trust anyone else.
From the owner down to the technicians, they have the absolute best customer service. They were able to schedule me last minute and Colton and Isaac were amazing. Very professional and polite. Definitely worth the money spent!
The technicians AND the owner of the company are some of the most wonderful people! They went above and beyond in so many ways to help us with our situation. Excellent same day service!! Called on a Friday morning with AC issues not cooling, spoke with Micah he had Dylan out within 15 mins & he had it fixed and gone within 30 mins! 100% recommend these guys! Thank you, Rice Heating & Air!
HVAC compressor has been kicking on without activating the fan during the recent snowstorm and this caused concern on my part - after breaking down the unit and inspecting for any issues - I came up with no solution - everything seemed sound, yet the fan would not kick on. After a quick 10-minute phone conversation with Micah who helped troubleshoot my unit - I discovered Goodman units have a much longer defrost timeframe than other units. He mentioned kicking on the A/C, which I didn't consider in this weather - and boom, fan kicks on, no problem. He assured and informed me of defrost mode and eased any stress I had. Other companies would have easily charged a mandatory assessment/diagnostic/whatever fee. Because of his absolute willingness to help: Micah with Rice will be my go-to for anything HVAC. Thank you! Update: Another issue was resolved by Dylan, he was thoroughly informative and professional - Micah, the owner, was able to get me scheduled within 18 hrs of initial call, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you guys

Wow....!!!! Have not even met Micah yet but I definitely have very high regards for him and his service. Called about my furnace not staying lit on this icy last day of January. He was able to walk me through a fairly quick and easy fix that I did myself. We are so thankful and we will be using them for our future needs and highly recommending them.
So this reviwe is alittle older but i forgot to review in dec of 2021. Bought a new house ans ROCE installed the heat pump. Almost emediatly we knew Somerton was wrong. The heat either wouldn't blow hot air or wouldn't trun off the hot after reaching the desired temp. Worst experience ever. If I could put negative stars I would put - 5. There were 5 + visits. Think like double digits. then we had to buy a controller that we didn't need, then figured out that the controls wires were frayed. After they fell through my roof, attic access and refused to pay it. I'm never ever going to use them again.
I called these guys on a Friday at 1830. Matt shows up at 1930, diagnosed the issue and had my AC running 15 minutes later. I’ve always dealt with large hvac companies. Not anymore. These guys are professional, quick, efficient, and more than reasonably priced. They will be my go-to hvac company from now on! Do yourself a favor and give them a shot. You won’t regret it.

Micah came out late in the evening to make sure I was taken care of. Top notch customer service which is rare these days. He has earned my business, and I'll recommend his company to everyone I know who needs any kind of HVAC work.
