It's actually crazy how punctual this place is, and how fair & transparent they are. Called at like 11:30 and they were at my house by noon. They do amazing work each and every time. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Don't call them if you use evaporative cooling: They may be excellent for other jobs but need education for this task. Also extremely overpriced.

They are always on time if not early if you ask them to call on the way they will they always do a thorough job usually I get the same technician every time for the spring summer and winter tune-ups

I can't explain enough for how grateful I am for the Marz Team! My AC went out less than 24 hours ago and through my home warranty, they were able to fit me in for today. Marz Mechanical Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is a top-notch company! Great experience starting with 1) the excellent communication and customer service from the office (Crystal) who explained costs and handled scheduling. 2) software they use to notify you of scheduled work via email/text, the timeframe and with reminders!! 3) call from the technician (Jacob) notifying us he was on his way and the software they text over so you can track their estimated arrival 4) and most important, the professionalism of Jacob and assistant Jimmy. Jacob is an outstanding technician and did a great job with the installation and the necessary modifications for our new water heater. Very customer service oriented. You can tell they care about the customer's experience! Great company and highly recommend
