I would love to give them a good review but they never returned my call. I need to invest $9000 in converting in evaporated cooler to air conditioning in our 2nd home in Sonoita but after 2 1/2 weeks, I did not receive a call even to say they were too busy to come out and give me an estimate. I went with Corrigan heating and air out of Green Valley and he did a fantastic job. We are sharing this with many of our neighbors.
SC Heating is a small company, which is usually a plus in my selection of local service providers. While I have used them in the past, I have been flexible with their scheduling, even when out a week+. It is very frustration that after waiting a week+, they are a no show. If you need a reliable provider, I would look beyond SC Heating.
Fast professional service at a great price!
Wow. Just wow. After getting several quotes for new systems to replace our dieing AC units, Southern Comfort was the most reasonable and most responsive. They instilled a lot of trust and confidence and were open and honest. Our old units ended up dieing before the new ones were able to be installed and they came out with two hours of us calling and got both units to work within an hour. Seriously, Southern Comfort is awesome!

Last week I had to make that dreaded phone call when my AC unit was down in triple digit weather. Southern Comfort stepped up to the plate and came through in the clutch. After calling and setting up service, they were at my house (in the Corona De Tucson area) within the hour with friendly and responsive service. Despite logistical and distancing challenges with COVID-19, Ryan was respectful of my family and serviced my unit with minimal contact. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Quick response and showed up within a couple of hours at a low cost
The whole team at Southern Comfort go above and beyond each time they are here for an annual service or repair. Our unit went out after a power surge, turned out it was a bad circuit board. They ordered the part, Ryan wired around the issue so we would at least have air. The manufacturer sent the wrong part so we needed to wait a bit longer for a full repair. Once the part was in they had us up and running within 30 minutes, unfortunately a couple of days later the unit stopped working again. Gave them a call on their emergency number and Ryan came over, on Father’s Day nonetheless, and resolved the issue. Southern Comfort will always be our go-to and our recommended heating and air company!
AC went out late last night, middle of June with a newborn in the house. Got in touch with Southern Comfort around 8:30 am and they had my system back up and running before 10:00 am same day. I realize not every situation will be the same, but they were extremely flexible in getting a tech out here quickly. Thank you!
We began using Southern Comfort to service our old Rheem about a year or so ago upon community recommendation. My husband is pretty darn handy in regular maintenance and repair but sometimes you just need the experts! For the last few years we have babied our Rheem given it's age and wanting to get it through just one more Arizona season... and this winter was it's last. Ryan came out to check out an issue with the unit continually running once the temperature was reached inside. Basically, it was time for a new unit. Ryan quickly got me estimates for both single and dual stage systems. I reached out to three other companies and we decided that Southern Comfort was who we liked based on our own experience along with reputation. We also liked that when we have service appointments, punctuality and communication is important to them. Equipment was ordered and the unit installed within 48 hours of that. Super efficient, quality workmanship, fair pricing and great customer service. Highly recommend.
