I think they should probably make the customer aware of the fact that the technician does not speak English ? Impossible to communicate … was not a great experience.
He came in and serviced my condenser replaced the capacitor, but didn't even do a complete check, the system started, but never turned off , a relay was also bad ,my ac is sill broke
This is my fourth time using this company. They always come out same day and never try to overprice me or tell me the unit needs to be replaced They find the problem fix the problem at a reasonable price and let me know my unit is old so it will Sum-day need to be replaced
I won’t use Indio A/C anymore after today. I had a tech come to our home and put in refrigerant. The cost of this was outrageous. The tech didn’t even use a scale to measure how much refrigerant he used. Im disgusted because I feel I was ripped off. Please do your homework before contacting Indio A/C and read the reviews to make a better informed decision.
This happened about 7 years ago and forgot to put a review. I had them come out check my unit. Turns out, I had Frankenstein Unit, Air handler one brand and the compressor another. I also needed more air flow in the Master and they were able to take care of it. No mess, no stress. They came back to check on it a few months later. Great crew.
Not really there to service/repair ac unit, but more so to sell you a new one. Would not utilize this company in the future, and would not recommend.
