Pueblo serviced our air conditioning unit under our maintenance contract this week. My husband, Jim, was very impressed with him.
The repairman was all of the above and more and unlike other companies we appreciate he didn’t try to sale us a new air conditioner.

The guys at canyon State treated me and my elderly mother amazingly! They were beyond kind, professional, thorough,understanding and just overall absolutely nothing short of amazing!! I would like to personally think Aaron, Joseph, Dylan, Kerry, and Nathan! Nathan gave us an outstanding deal! They diagnosed a pre-existing issue, installed two new AC and heating systems on my home in two days, made sure all the duct work was resealed and hooked up properly, And most of all the answered every question that I had and never made me feel silly or annoying. Haha If you're looking for a good honest quality AC team that will treat you right and with respect, you won't be disappointed! I honestly just can't say enough good things about them! Allow me to tell you about how Canyon State, specifically technician Jesus, saved me from having an absolute mental breakdown. I had a baby via c-section six days ago, so not only do I have the teeniest newborn in my house who is completely incapable of regulating his own body temperature, but I'm also recovering from major abdominal surgery. Anyone who has ever had a newborn or surgery knows that you have about one million necessary supplies in your home to help you both recover, and a stable environment is critical. Enter July 4th - the forecast high is 110°, and my husband mentions that the AC isn't blowing cold air. Commence panic. Our AC unit is only two years old and was serviced (not by Canyon State) back in April! We are scrambling around, trying to decide if we need to get a hotel room, the temperature is increasing inside the house, the baby is crying, and we're trying to pack everything we need for baby and myself (which feels like trying to put an entire nursery into a suitcase). Canyon State was recommended to us by a family friend, and I called right away. Jesus called me back in 16 minutes and said he could be at our home in 10 minutes - on a FEDERAL HOLIDAY. He had our problem diagnosed, fixed, and was all packed up in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate to our plight. He provided to us the most exceptional service I have ever received, and I can't express enough how thankful we are that he was able to help our family when we needed it the most. We were able to unpack and get settled back in to our home and continue our recovery in a safe, temperate environment. Jesus cannot be commended enough for his service and care. We will never use another HVAC/plumbing company. We will likely be needing a new water heater in the next several months and Canyon State is the only company I will consider. We highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services in the valley.
I called on a holiday, a real person answered the phone, and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours. The technician, Jesus, quickly determined the issue and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Canyon State. Completely saved the day for me.

Praise to Sam Enlow for being ahead of schedule, professional, efficient and knowledgable. Called Canyon State in the morning and they were able to accommodate me the same day, and Sam showed up 3 hours after my initial call. Sam efficiently diagnosed the problem by replacing fuse as my AC was not cooling. Also got signed up for Comfort Plan, which give me piece of mind for any figure maintenance and repair needs. Thank you Sam and Canyon State for the second to none service.
The technician Sam Enlow was right on time, courteous, and answered the questions I had. Sam has been here before and I always get good service from him and Canyon State.
The scheduler was pleasant and set up an appointment date to accommodate my deadline. Garrett Nelson arrived on time, did a thorough review of the area needing modifications, and patiently explained possible options to me, including reasons for the options. After reviewing the estimate Garrett prepared, I felt comfortable with my understanding of the situation and my decision to schedule the job with Canyon State with Garrett performing the work.
My AC wasn’t cooling my house and the temperature that day was going to be around 110. I called Canyon State and Alex was at my house 3 hours later. I diagnosed and the problem. Alex was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Canyon State sent a tech over within a half hour of calling them. The tech, Deon, was awesome! He was extremely friendly, yet professional. He worked fast and efficiently, and within an hour our AC was back on. Seriously…thumbs up to Deon and Canyon State.

AC went out (of course). House temp was 85 deg. Canyon State was there the next day. Work completed in about two hours - fixed leak, refilled freon - got us up and running. Professional, responsive, on time - thank you very much.
They provided same day service which is a requirement during AZ summers. Pablo was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. They needed to order a new motor for my Air Conditioner. Since it was going to take 2-3 days to get the part, Pablo installed a used motor to be used until the new one arrived. That is going above and beyond normal service.
I would like to say that I had a great experience with Canyon State Air Conditioner. Sam Enlow was very professional and very analytical in trying to pin point the problem. I will definitely use them again.
