What a shame, see my earlier review. My HVAC installed in March went out in December. When they came to figure out the problem the technician gave me a brochure for "a product I believe in", a certain brand of air purifier. There was a typo on the estimate, and they offered me the lower price. I accepted the revised estimate but did not notice the brand. I have no way to view the original estimate and was too trusting to screen shot it. The product they installed was a different brand. Classic bait and switch? Possible. The owner was so defensive about the issue I am pretty sure I know the answer.
They did a wonderful job investigating and repairing the issue with my heat and A/C. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained things very well and exceptionable personable. I would recommend this company for any A/C or Heating repairs. 5 stars for sure!
NO! I would not recommend. I'll explain. On Sat.9.11 around 10:30 I heard my ac compressor run band then shut off numerous times and not cooling. I then shut it down. I called my friend Earl(retired ac tech) left a message and then called another friend CJ for a recommendation and she said Armer. I called Sat. afternoon and made an appointment for Mon.9.13. I n the meantime Earl returned my call on Sunday and said he would be by in the morning. He checked the unit and found that the capacitor had failed. as he was descending the latter your tech arrived about 11:35am Earl introduce himself as a retired tech and he had diagnosed the problem and told your tech about the capacitor. Your tech located the item in his truck tested it and replaced the failed part. It took all of 25 minutes and presented me a $301.86 bill. I feel it was quite expensive for 25 minutes of work. I estimated it to be $12.00 per minute. Earl is aware of the wholesale price for that capacitor with a markup + service charge guessing around $ 115.00. that is the reason I will not recommend Armer. Adam was great! My AC let me down after hours of course but he showed up ridiculously fast and a short while later we are cool again! He was very nice, explained everything he was doing before he did it with price estimate, and even had pictures. Will definitely use again, very pleased.
They installed our new AC unit, the service was great, we had a small issue with the unit but they came out super quick and fixed it. I will be contacting them with all of our future services.
my technician was fast and friendly. I appreciated him going to get the part the very same day and fixing the problem with my AC. I had cool air circulating in no time.
UPDATE: Instead of addressing the MULTIPLE voicemails I left, the owner has decided to blame my home warranty company for its failure to designate a contract that came in on a Sunday as "after hours"?!? And yet never mentions that there's still no emergency phone number for an HVAC company that has a contract with a national home warranty. Frankly, the flippancy in which I'm accused of being "misleading" on a 1 star review when it was 115° and the argument is they didn't contact me because of a paperwork issue is laughable. In what world would an HVAC company in the DESERT not have an after hours/emergency line?! It's bad enough that I'm forced to deal with this company because my home warranty contract requires it, but I guess I shouldn't be that surprised...the lowest bid always seems to get picked up even if there's a reason it's low. I hope they had a great Father's Day since they couldn't even bother to return my messages which meant that my family had to seek shelter elsewhere since my elderly mother, my child and myself couldn't manage 115° outside and 88° inside.
I have had times in the past where I was disappointed with the service company that shows up after using my home warranty co. I am very pleased to say that this was a great experience. Jesus showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He left for parts and fixed the problem before I even noticed he came back. Very pleasant and professional! Thank you!!
Brian was very respectful. He wore his mask and wore the booties we provided as we have a young crawling baby in the house. He told us what was going on with the hvac and explained to us what he was going to do to repair it.
Jesus the technician was so kind and friendly, he took his time to thoroughly answer any and all of my questions or concerns. I was very pleased with the entire Armor Corporation AC Team. All were very pleasant and professional.
This AC was such a big ticket item and Iwas worried about complications. I was pleasantly surprised the AC was installed quickly, professionally, with no upcharges or surprises. I will happily use Armer Corp again but this time I will stay the heck out of their way.

Armer guys were great! Very knowledgeable, personable and helped me save a BUNCH of $$$! They installed a brand new AC, were very respectful and got in and out leaving the house cleaner then when they started! I will be using them as my default AC and plumbing company going forward!
They did a great job. They came out to repair another companies repair. We had been without AC for almost 3 weeks and they came out the day after we called. Friendly, helpful and professional.
Robert Lyons was quick efficient and knowledgable. He removed a stuck bath spout without any damage to pipes and saved us some potentially expensive wall repairs.
