They were friendly and fast. Very helpful. Called in an emergency fix and they were at my house the next day and earlier than scheduled.
ALWAYS, ALWAYS answers or responds quickly when I have called for help. The technicians are always pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Options and recommendations are always given . Grateful to have an honest and responsive local A/C company❤️
***Update*** This company is a JOKE! I contacted this company to check our entire ac system. Our unit at the time was only 6 months old. The tech went in the attic for about 15 minutes and came back into the house and told me everything was working perfectly. A couple months later we had an inspector to look over the whole house. Inspector finds the door to the condenser wide open. I had been cooling my attic for months. There was evidence that door had been open for at least 6 months. When I called to have Cool guys come out. They tell me that they will come out but I have to pay 95$ and they blamed it on the company who Installed the unit. The fact that this had been opened for months and the tech told me everything was fine, I refused to pay anything. I was told there was nothing they could do about the fee. I refused to do business with this company and will never recommend them to anyone! Cannot believe the way they treated me and the amount of money this company has cost me is unreal. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They did a great job. Tech was very thorough and spent about an hour and a half going through everything.
The company has competitive and fair pricing and does not feel as though they are trying to gouge you with pricing. I was able to call and have them at my house within 20 minutes, obviously depending on their availability. I would certainly use their services in the future. That said, I enjoyed their technicians to the point where I feel I have to write about them as well. Jacob and Bryson arrived with punctuality and were immediately professional and respectful. I believe they both went above and beyond by helping me understand their thought process and the methods they felt were best for correcting my problem. They were relatable and pleasant through the entire visit, and I am pleased that these two were the technicians I received. The guys were pouring sweat from working outside and in the attic but never let the smile leave their faces.
Alonso and Jessie did a great job! They worked collaboratively and were very customer focused. Both did a great job.

2 service technicians were prompt and knowledgeable. The issue was different than normal and required them to redo the repair prior to leaving.

I am over the moon with my new A/C unit and smart thermostat! Josh was very patient in explaining everything: process, estimate, warranty, fees, and timeline. After approving my quote, the scheduling office reached out to set an installation date. I received confirmation texts and reminders the day before and when the crew was on their way. The installation team was very punctual, professional, and respectful. I would recommend The Cool Guy anytime :)
Our AC downstairs unit suddenly stopped working over the weekend. I called Monday and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Aiden and Alonso were on time, professional, and explained every step of what was needed to repair our unit. They were friendly and I felt confident in the services provided. Will be booking an appointment for maintenance with The Cool Guy as well. Very happy, thank you!
Jake from the," Cool Guy" spent 2 hours at my home doing a very comprehensive inspection of my AC pump.... Capacitors.... thermostat... Furnace.... He even cleaned the inside of my furnace and AC pump! I now feel confident going into the AZ summer my AC is ready to go!
Second time we’ve used “The cool guy” and both times they have gone above and beyond to help us. Always friendly, courteous, polite, and hard working. I’m in the trades and can see the hard work and hours these guys put in, and still with a smile on their face. This will be our go to company from now on.

Alan and Alonzo were great! Very neat, they were on time and was even notified when they were on the way! They checked out everything very polite Will use The Cool Guy in the future! The Cool Guy fixed a problem I had a few years ago and was great! Will continue to use The Cool Guy! Very reasonably price! I’m so grateful they were able to come to my home in a timely manner .They worked with my work schedule which made things allot easier took care of my heater now my home is nice and warm Thank you cool guys
Great experience! Next day appt! Guys were professional and kind! They came in..diagnosed the problem , ordered the part and was fixed the next day! Prices were fair and competitive! I will recommend them!
Great company and great people. Alonso was the technician they sent out to help us fix our A/C issue. He was on time, very polite and thorough with the problem. Very honest people they took a picture of the issue and explained what needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend and use again! Thank you!
