Devan was excellent, professional and thorough. Identified issues with my system that Goettel didn’t notice. Fantastic service. Can’t stress how refreshing it was to know that I picked the right company/people to help me out. You’ve gained a customer for life. I never leave reviews but you guys really deserve 5 stars. I should also add that I called around 9:30pm and Devan knocked on my door before 10pm. Great guy, great worker and the type of person that any company would be lucky to have. Devan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Changed my compressor capacitor and got the cold running again at 10pm. Up sold me a service plan. Great technician that deserves a raise!

Talk about fast! Devin was here within 1 hour of my initial phone call. He repaired the broken parts on the AC unit and I have cool air blowing right away. Extremely professional and responsive! Very good at explaining everything regarding financing if I need a new unit. I appreciate an honest and kind repair service!
Stephen showed up on time, polite, and clean. He was thorough and quick. Stephen even made sure we got a next generation model for our fan. We now have cool air pumping through the house. Thank you for a job well done. We have gone through big companies before (I won't say the name, but it rhymes with kettle), for our AC needs and we were upcharged and overcharged. No longer. Paragon was fantastic. 30 min after our call at 7p on a Friday night, the tech, Devan, was at our door and an hour later he was finished. He quickly diagnosed the problem on our 17 year old unit and only replaced the broken part with no sales pitch for a new unit!

Technician was here super fast and replaced a part. Still not clear on the "part warranty" not being honored, but at my age I had no choice.
Edit 6/23: We had them out when the AC wasn't keeping up with demand, and even though it was after-hours, same day, they have a low service call fee. Found the problem right away and fixed it in no time. Thanks Paragon! You are my #1 HVAC company! Paragon was on the ball when I called needing service for a thermostat that stopped working. Even though it was fairly obvious what the problem was, the tech did a thorough inspection of the system. They were honest, and gave me a few options for replacing the thermostat. When he came back to install the new one, he waited for me to get it hooked up to wi-fi, and made sure the system was working, even checking the temp coming from the register. In a day when good customer service is hard to find they knocked it out of the park. Chad is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems, he is super friendly, and made me feel like I was inviting a friend into my home. They are my only call next time I need service, and I look forward to referring them to my clients.
Keloa was extremely professional, and straight to the point. He knew exactly what my issue was, and how to fix it in the fastest most appropriate way.
Keola did a complete check of our air conditioner and was honest and detailed with us on what was wrong and stated we needed a completely new air conditioning system. He also was honest in letting us know that their financing company will not finance for mobile homes. I would recommend this business.

My exterior a/c unit wasn't working properly. On Sunday morning I called Paragon and within 2hrs I had a tech. at my door. The capacitor had failed. Within an hour Stephen had my unit repaired.
