Now JMAC - 2nd time using them. Our technician Tony was really nice and knowledgeable.
Great on the front end of the sale; poor on the follow thru and installation. There were many install problems and corners cut. These could have been resolved quickly had there been some follow up afterwards. This was last summer. The final insult came in November, when I turned the thermostat to "heating" and got nothing but cold air. Yep. They hooked it up wrong and didn't test it. I called, and Brent came out almost immediately. He genuninely seemed to be embarrassed that his crew had done such a bad job. (Unknown to me he had already fired the guy months earlier.) He promised to return within the week to make things right. He never returned. I believe this company is now out of business.

Gateway Heating and Cooling has been the best company I have found to work on my AC. They have done routine annual maintenance for several years on my system and when I needed my AC units moved to the other side of my house they did an amazing job. Very professional, very polite! I highly recommend them for any AC needs.

When it became clear that we needed a new AC unit about 5 years ago, Gateway installed a new American Standard unit as a good price. After 4 years, it developed a problem. I called Gateway and they recognized the symptoms as a factory defect and they came the next morning and replaced the defective part at no charge. They are now my company of choice for all AC work.
Brent and his team were very responsive, thorough and honest. He didn't try to up-sell me to anything I wasn't needing at the time. Best service I ever had from an HVAC company. Highly recommend.
