This is a locally owned, friendly, small town business and one of few who offer financing for heating and air-conditioning units.Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his products. He scheduled the appointment within five days of my phone call, was always on time, and installed our system in less than a month. Jason took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all of our questions, and didn’t try and sell us a bunch of things that we did not need. I am extremely pleased with this business, the quality of their heating and cooling products, and their service.I Would highly recommend them to future clients.
Indian Air is one of only two companies in my area that is authorized by Traine to service our HVAC system, especially since it's still under warranty. Their extensive checklist for routine maintebance fulfills the manufacturer's requirements and at a lower price than its comoetitor. Christine and Steve is always cordial and the technicians always call before they show up and met their time window. An important point is that they check that everything's working and don't try to find something new that "might" need fixing with every visit, like many companies do.
Twice annual system inspections are performed thoroughly and professionally.
Recirculation hot water pump purchased and installation. This company is professional, arrives on time, the technicians are courteous and the get the job done in a timely manner. Great job Indian Air. Highly suggested!!
Indian Air did a fine job of performing the seasonal service on my HVAC system, as usual. This service contract gives me peace of mind, knowing that my system is in good shape and should continue to work well through the seasons; and that Indian Air will be here for me if I have any concerns.
All service was done professionally and in a friendly manner , as usual. I will recommend them to anyone needing HIVAC work done!

We couldn’t get the thermostat to come off cool setting. We called Indian Air and they immediately sent a technician who corrected the problem. We’ve tried several other companies but Indian Air is by far the best.

A very professional company... Out of the three companies I called to replace my HVAC, Indian Air responded the best. A friendly person answered the phone and was able to help schedule an estimate visit. She asked all the right questions and was able to accommodate my schedule. The owner arrived at my house on time, even though it snowed several inches the night before. After reviewing what my needs were, he emailed me several options to choose from. This helped me decide the type of unit I wanted to fit my budget. He was also able to recommend the system that would work best for me based on how I currently used my HVAC. The technicians arrived on time to install the units. They were great, friendly, and didn't waste any time. They were technically knowledgeable in helping me set to the thermostat. Even though they were willing to take the old system away, I opted to dismantle the unit myself for recycling. The technicians even offered me advice for how to strip the system to get the most money from the recycler. They really went beyond their "job description". Thanks team.

Able was an excellent employee. Could not figure out the problem but turned out to be a gas meter regulator problem instead of a furnace problem. Very nice and knowlegable. Would diffinatly use again.

Was disappointed that my heat was left on 79 degrees and I didn’t notice it for a few hours as my doors and windows were open. Techs need to be reminded to turn thermostat back to where they found it. Thank you
Able was the technician. He was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, friendly , knowledgeable, worked fast and efficient. We were very pleased with his work, glad we know where to go if we have any heating or cooling problems in the future!
