The BEST! Truly helped me out my A/C was not working properly it was 98 degrees in my house. The original company I called just taking forever to come so my grandson told me to call True Comfort referred by his friend they realized it was an emergency and were at my house in 45 minutes. Thank you so much! And my dogs thank you 😊

Drew was fantastic. Called and let me know when he was on his way. Took his time to answer questions I had and help explain everything for me. Very responsive and quick to make it out, especially during a busy time of year!

We have been using Tru Comfort for many years… Absolutely love their service! Technician is always on Time neat and clean and willing to take the time to answer any questions that we may have. Look forward to using them in the future! We trust their service so much we signed up or 88-year-old mother also! It’s nice that they call and remind you it’s time to check on the AC!

Love this company, they are honest and reliable which is hard to find. They are not salesmen trying to find reasons for you to spend more money on unnecessary things. i trust what they say when something needs to be done.

4_8_23.. updating review, had Drew out to do yearly check and help to enlarge one of my registers for the inflow of air. Again I could not be more pleased with this company and will continue to use them year after year. They are reasonable priced as well. To be honest I went with them first off because of the pink vans. I thought the supported Breast Ca Awareness. Turns out They DO and a whole lot more. Drew is one of the owner's and was my technician. Drew is a Veteran and their company was founded because to provide low cost but quality services to the community and they support a host of events and charities as well. Drew provide a good service and for a reasonable price was able to add a start assist kit for longevity of the unit.

My heater recently went out and I called Tru Comfort expecting to leave a voicemail. However, they answered and made sure to get out the next day to ensure I was comfortable! Drew from Tru Comfort came out and was transparent every step through the diagnostic. If you are looking for a company that cares about their customers, is trustworthy , and has more than fair pricing, then Tru Comfort is for you!
Brad is the real deal. When I purchased my airconditioner, he answered question after question on his direct line without once pressuring me to make a decision. When he recently discovered that the installers from his FORMER company had made a small mistake, he offered to fix it free of charge. Take note of that: he worked for another company when he made his guarantee of service, and he brings that guarantee with him to TruComfort. THAT is truly spectacular service. Add to that Brad's commitment to NEVER working on (or asking his employees to work on) commission, and you get a recipe for outstanding customer service. His knowledge in the industry is unparalleled, and he will happily give you the number for necessary parts so that you can check online venues to make sure that you're getting the best price. Indeed, one company wanted to charge almost $300 for a Carbon16 filter; Brad indicated that it could be found online for $100. Brad was right. It is this combination of integrity and expertise (as well as reasonable pricing!) that makes TruComfort my only choice for HVAC work. P.S. I also had them do my (gas-based) water heater, and my only complaint is out of their control: I wanted a leak detector that Honeywell hasn't been producing.
Called Tru Comfort to get a 2nd look at our system. Drew came out immediately and confirmed we needed a replacement. Made us feel comfortable and explained the process in a very simple manner which we could understand. Once we agreed to the installation everything went very quickly and smoothly. Install went fast and was very efficient. Would definitely recommend this company in the future.
