From the beginning call (Debbie) to the AC tech arrived the next morning (Darius) I received quality treatment. Good prices and he explained the repairs. Follow up , calls to service and emails were a shock., all to make sure I was satisfied! I canceled my Choice home warranty company! Oasis connects you with local techs and I noticed they use TRANE as their prime AC unit on commercials. My son in NC said to call them because they give their techs extra training. So they have a good rep. in other states. I was so happy, I hugged Darius! THANK YOU, to all of you that called and cared about me and my grand kids in 107 degree heat when my AC decided to stop. HUGS to you all!
Our service tech was awesome! Very thorough and explained everything very clearly. We have a service agreement with Oasis and they have done a great job all year!
We were given a window of time of 8-12. At 9:30, I called to verify the window. They said the Tech will be here 11-12. At Noon, we called again and they said we were next. Tech arrived at 1:10. He admitted we were added late into his schedule. At 2 PM, another worker was supposed to bring filters. He didn't read the memo correctly and brought the wrong size. Now we need another appointment. Very disappointed with the office manager. Fast forward 5 moths... it happened again. We scheduled a 9 AM appointment to have our system checked. We called at 9:20... we were not on their calendar. Obviously there is a problem that wasn't addressed after our previous review. After our contract expires, it's time to shop around.
What a wonderful experience. Had to replace my ancient heat pump. Jerry Linn came out to see me and offered a great deal. The day after buying the unit, my old one was starting to quit. I was already scheduled, but didn't think I would make it to the agreed date. Called Jerry and he {along with others at Oasis) shifted things and got it done next day. Amazing service. Along with the package I purchased, duct cleaning was included. I was scheduled for July 7. Got a call from David, from Oasis, on June 22nd asking if I wanted to take a slot that had become available for today, June23rd. What a lucky break ! David and Adrian showed up on time, very clean and courteous, professional and efficient. Answered all my questions and got 'er done. Great guys. Everybody at Oasis that I have come into contact with are just super customer oriented and pros. Thanks, from my heart, to all of you ! I am a very happy man !
We had contract from previous owner installed 6 yrs ago. We had them out first yr here. Paid for service call on item installed incorrectly. My husband took care of issue as they never got back to us and they were supposed to update us as new owner. Never happened. Now they charged 90 dollars service fee to diagnose and called to say since contract not updated parts would he going be over 1000 plus labor. My husband was in all areas of home improvement before retiring and knows this is rip off. He will get part and install himself. If we could give no stars we would, stay away from the unethical company!!! Parts were suppose to be covered for 10 yrs he just pulled contract. And, no where does it say contract not transferable to new owner. We may report to better business bureau.
Bryson was professional, personable and very thorough. He offered constant feedback about what he was doing and why, and made recommendations for optimized continued use and maintenance.
Dave and Adrian performed an HVAC duct cleaning today. They performed this service with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They were on time and took all necessary precautions with furniture and wall hangings with appropriate plastic drapes. They worked diligently, not rushed, and cleaned up wherever needed. Ask for Dave and Adrian when you need this done for you.
Oasis is the best by far! Don't go any place else! Top notch professionals, knowledgeable but most of all caring. My Brother Dave (owner) just came out personally and helped me in my time of need. Family business is what this company is and they care! Thank you soooooo much Dave, I love you lots. You are truly the best. If you want your HVAC cared for, stay with Oasis, you'll regret (just like I did) if you don't. Remember, you get what you pay for!!!
We had our 16 year old a/c units replaced. The service team was fantastic! They were curious, respectful, and very knowledgeable of their work. Another thing I liked is that they did a great job cleaning up. Thank you, Sincerely Sandra Ortiz
DARIUS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WENT OVER what service he was going to provide. He was on time and gave me some tips on what to look for to maintain my system! In this day and age an employee like Darius is a valuable asset to your team! Great job Oasis!
The people from Oasis are complete professionals that go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Reliable, on time, and reasonable. Highly recommend! I've used them for me A/C installs, maintenence and duct cleaning. All the technicians and office crew are top notch!
Working with Oasis is like hitting the "EASY" button! Brandy was very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was competitive, but not the lowest bid I received. Their team installed two furnaces and two A/C units in one. They did a great job. My opinion, the best in Green Valley!
I had Bryson at my home to perform routine preventative maintenance on my HVAC system. He was on time, courteous, professional and answered all my questions. In this day and age where people are rude, late and care only about themselves I was delightfully surprised and impressed. Thank you, Bryson! You are truly appreciated and give me hope in humanity!
I have a contract with this company, David was here this a.m. to check out my unit on the roof. You could not ask for a kinder , more personable gentleman than David. I truly hope he is the next to return to my home in six months. I have been very happy with Oasis . EF
I called Oasis when my mother’s gas furnace wasn’t working. I recalled the commercial on TV. It was going to be cold and I let the woman who answered know that my mom is 86yrs old and I didn’t want her to get sick. When they came to check it out they had marked her as urgent and came the same day. Unfortunately the issue required ordering parts. It wasn’t fixed for a couple of days. It was really cold but they did remain in contact and let us know that they were awaiting the part. Once it came they installed it right away. Once again remembering that my mom was elderly. Price was reasonable and it was all stated prior to doing the work. My mom was happy and I really appreciate how Oasis handled this repair and plan to use them to maintain my AC system.
Contacted Qasis to remove and replace our Water Heater. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. The Technician arrived the next morning with all the needed Tools and Equipment. The job was done in under 3 hours with absolutely no fuss or mess. I will be using them again in the Spring to get our AC System ready for the Summer...
David at Oasis came promptly upon my call. He was very efficient and knowledgable. I had an unusual problem with my unit which he diagnosed quickly. I have used Oasis for several years and have always been pleased with their service, honesty and competence. Thank you David.
I wanted to get an AC tune up and wanted to go with a company that also installed AC's from a good brand for future reference. I checked Green Valley Heating & Cooling and they only sell Daikin (Goodman) products which do not have good reviews, so I called Oasis who is a Trane dealer. I had to wait longer than expected to get the appointment (during off season) and was told the guy would be here between 8-12pm, which is quite a large window of time to wait for someone. After waiting around for 4 hours I was finally called and told he was running late. I felt they should have called me much earlier to inform me of the delay so I cancelled. When I cancelled the woman (Debbie) actually started arguing with me when i suggested that they should have called me earlier with an ETA. This was a sign of very poor customer service so I definitely made the right decision to cancel. To add to the problem, they actually sent me a bill for service that I did not receive. Unbelievable. I bought my new system, but not from this place.
Oasis just finished installing our replacement HVAC system, and boy, are we pleased! They were flexible with our install schedule to match our shifting needs, and were totally prompt and professional throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at every step, and always seemed cheerful and genuinely happy to be here. Biggest kudos go to Brandy (sales and scheduling) and Michael (site lead).
We had Oasis install a new air con/heat unit at our home and they were just excellent!! Their customer service is also great - I am so impressed with this company and their product. We had them clean the ducts on our old townhouse as well- thank you David, Andre for your care in keeping all so clean while doing the work and thanks Brandy for arranging everything - use this company if you live in Green Valley....and pricing is good too.
