Riley was an exceptional technician completely determine to find the resolution to fix the problem. He expended close to 3 hours checking, trouble shooting and inspecting and double checking his work. I will recommend the company he represents to any one. Thank you very much for your service.
Had an ac unit go out on Monday, on Wednesday had a new unit installed by THS, was a pleasure doing business with them and would highly recommend, they have all of my business going forward.

I spoke with Emily who immediately contacted a few of their technicians. Due to it being a holiday weekend, and technicians off, Billy answered the call. I’m super impressed with the same day service, and Billy getting to my house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes, and the price of the part was cheaper than their competitors. I’m extremely thankful for both Emily and Billy, especially with my wife being 37 weeks pregnant. Both seem to enjoy what they do, and it shows!!! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.
Service tech Bryon is the best tech I have ever had come to my house. Knowledgeable, courteous, and not pushy.

Jesse was awesome! Came over early (with notice of course), diagnosed the problem quickly, found the part and even picked it up and returned to install all in the same day! Very informative and helpful! Will definitely use this company again and recommend to others based on this experience!

Highly recommend this company. They are locally owned which is a plus and they were extremely accommodating in my situation. The AC at my house went out on Monday morning and with my wife being 38 weeks pregnant, we were a bit panicked about staying at home. I was put in contact with Thomas Home Services through my home warranty and once they received the work order they got someone out ASAP. Big shout out to Emily who was extremely empathetic of our situation and was able to get approval to have Riley the technician come out a day early to fix the issue. Riley was very professional, communicative and knowledgeable. He was polite entering the house and walked me thru all of the possible reasons for the issue until he found it and then applied a quick fix. Riley was extremely thorough to make sure all of the other system of the AC inside and outside were up to standard before he left, which was appreciated. Jeremy is an excellent technician, personable, thorough and a great communicator. I think this washer works better than it ever has since I’ve owned this home. Previously I had some issues with the service of the company when I wrote a not so good review the company immediately reached out to see how they could fix the problem was not expecting that was just going to let it go and move on. They sent someone out first thing Monday morning to address my concerns I appreciate the follow up and addressing the problem would use them again thank you

Had Ty come out and install reverse osmosis system in the kitchen . When I tell you that you will not be disappointed with this companies service, I truly mean it. 100% recommend. I also purchased their platinum warranty plan today. GOODBYE TO One Guard, Hello Thomas Home services lol
Professional service from start to finish. Jeremy showed yon time to install our new dishwasher. While I am sure he has a ton of experience installing this type of applicance, he took the time to read through the installation instructions to make sure he did it correctly for this model. He even cleaned up all of the packing material from the new dishwasher. I would definitely use this company again.
I had an intermittent problem with my AC unit and Bryan worked to track down the problem without replacing a bunch of expensive items. AC unit working properly again.
I had a plumbing issue with an outside faucet. Hector did a great job ensuring I understood not only the immediate issue but also how to ensure there would be no longer term problems. I’m very happy with his work!
Initial experience was not great, but I received a call from Emily explaining what happened and asking if I could give them another chance. I understand things happen so I did and I am very happy I made that decision. The onsite tech Jeremy was fantastic and did a great job repairing my dishwasher.
