We had a very pleasant experience with Superior. They were the best priced and very honest as far the top three estimates we got. We went with them, and we're glad we did. They replaced the whole AC system in half a day in a professional manner. I am happy they are continuing the Croffoot way of doing business.

New name but same great service! I had my two older AC units serviced (annual tune-up) and everything was great! The technician arrived during the provided window and was super friendly. He checked everything out, was very honest, and did not try to "upsell" me at all. It's a relief to know that my units look good and are set for the summer. Overall, excellent and friendly service! I highly recommend them!

Just got the AC replaced through croffoot. Because of the current inventory issues, I had to wait a couple of months before the AC could be replaced. And Kirk kept my old AC running when it saw a few issues over the last couple of months - great service and I would definitely recommend them.

Croffoot Heating and Air exceeded our expectations. We reached out to them a year ago for quote, then in April this year for an updated quote. Susie was able to provide quickly and answer all of our questions. When the team came out to install, they were professional and educated us on a few tips based on their expertise. I highly recommend this company for their effectiveness, knowledge, and honesty.
We’d give them 10 stars if we could! We’ve used Croffoots for over 10 years. They are experts in their field, with reasonable prices and excellent service. What sets them apart from other companies? Two things - their honesty and their impeccable customer service. Most recently they went to bat for us on a warranty issue when the manufacturer said parts were now obsolete for our unit that still had 2 years left on warranty. They are simply the best.

Kirk and Susie Croffoot are the best! They are experienced, honest, efficient and DEPENDABLE. I highly recommend signing up for regular maintenance which not only prevents many problems before they occur but put you at the front of the line when it's 113 degrees and your AC system stops working like it should.
Made a referral for a friend. There was no actual issue with the heat pump, and these folks were honest and forthright. If you are looking for qualified and honest techs, this is the place.

Croffoot did a repair on our A/C unit and then returned twice to adjust the vents so that all the rooms were cooled perfectly. Mason and Andy did an excellent job. They came on time, were professional, and did an outstanding job. Everyone at this company is excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.
I have used Croffoot for all my HVAC repair and will recommend them every time I can. They do amazing work, take their time to make sure it's done right, and always show up when they say. That right there is 5 stars...bit there is more. They are honest and actually will not over charge. A few times I was presented with worst case scenario only to find out it was not that major and my quote went from thousands to only a hundred or so. I know as much about AC units as I do flapping my arms flying. So it's very important to me to have someone I can trust.
