Absolute garbage customer service, spent $13k on a brand new unit, during the first heat wave of the summer the relay switch and transformer broke. Over 48 hours with no ac, no customer service, no one gave me any answers, all while it’s 115 degrees outside. Would not recommend to anyone. The customer service woman basically said “sorry, you should just use another company to fix the issue.” No response from at all from Eric Bryan who sold us the unit, they advertise 24 hour emergency response, that is an absolute joke. Do not give these guys your money.
Absolutely appreciate the amazing work that was done to relieve us from hot temperatures day and night in our home. Great Job!! Definitely recommend!!!
Another outstanding experience with Precision Air & Plumbing. Jeff was on time, worked efficiently, and was extremely professional and courteous. My home is older and I expect there to be problems and Precision addressed each of them with diplomacy and professionalism above no other. This is definitely the company to call if you need any kind of plumbing work done! Edit: Apparently I am going to have to bundle all of the good things into one review. Jerry was my initial contact with Precision and was absolutely amazing! He got the process started and made everything so easy, setting up the next resources I would need and coordinating appointments, just streamlined everything and made it all so smooth! I can't write this without also mentioning the efficiency and professionalism Bryce showed when he was at my home also. I am extremely happy with every contact I had with Precision, both on the phone and in person. Again, call Precision for your plumbing questions, no doubt they will be able to help you as they helped me! July 2023- Modesto and his team are amazing! They arrived on time, went right to work, and were very efficient. They showed me all the work they did, making sure to double check everything was correct and to my satisfaction. They answered all my questions and laid to rest any concerns I had. I absolutely will call Precision again when the next thing here needs repair (if you read an earlier review, you know my place is older and I expect there will be things needed.) 100% recommend Precision!
Someone from Precision Air came out today to look at my unit for servicing. It had been awhile since someone was on my roof and looked at the unit. The first thing the technician asked is if I had a clean filter for the hallway, which I did so he offered to put the new one in, which I then tossed in the trash. The technician proceeded to get on the roof to look at the unit… 10 minutes later he came down with several quotes, all charging me $211.00 for changing the air filter in my hallway, which was not really that dirty. He said there was a minor problem with the unit but the real issue was the inside filter. I would not normally have a problem paying for work but the technician never made it clear up front nor did he provide an upfront estimate indicating the cost to replace the filter. I would have been more than happy to pay the 85$ service fee than $211 for the filter. His response to my complaint was this is how the business operates and that is how he pays to put gas in the truck..he also mentioned people call the office and complain all the time.
We called at 11:00 the night receptionist and it is now 4:15AM. A tech by the name of Alan was supposed to service our non working air-conditioning unit. No one ever showed, or contacted us why the never showed up. The temp in our house is now close to 90 degrees. If we were contacted that no one could repair our air conditioning unit, we would have done business with someone that could of. POOR BUSINESS ETHIC!
Our technician Mike was friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. Once the problem was discovered he went out to pick up the parts and got our AC up and running again. Highly recommend using Precision specifically our technician Mike!
Very pleased with responsiveness and professional expertise and friendliness. About 2 weeks later my new Delta single handle faucet started leaking at the handle. I called Precision and they sent out a plumber to my home. He said it was a defective cartridge in the faucet and would need to order part from Delta. I asked him if he would make the call to Delta about the lifetime warranty. He said he would. He also called Home Depot and managed to go to their store to return the defective faucet for me by using my purchase receipt and got new faucet. He returned from store and installed the new faucet and tested to see there were no leaks. All work was covered by Delta warranty, but the Precision plumber exceeded expectations by calling Delta, going to Home Depot to exchange the defective faucet for a new, and installing new faucet as quickly as possible. I am extremely happy and satisfied I chose the very best plumbing company to fix my leaking faucet and when discovered the faucet I bought they installed was defective they handled all aspects of reinstall with a replacement ..... very professional and very friendly quality workmanship.
My friend, referred me to Precision Air and Plumbing, as I was in need of new company for seasonal checks following exhausting experience with a different contractor for a heat pump replacement in 2022. Over all my experience with Precision Air and Plumbing was very good! I would recommend. Office staff scheduling was prompt and courteous. My technicians, Gerald and Mark showed up on time, showed great respect and patience and actively listened to my concerns. They appeared to be thorough & knowledgeable in performing system checks tune up and cleaning. They were candid and detailed in their review of results and potential issues/corrections/solutions needed. Supporting documentation of the readings/findings provided when requested. I was disappointed that definitive diagnosis couldn't be found, to explain the struggling loud noise the unit begins to make a few minutes into the cooling cycle, measurements were within acceptable range. Not of the technicians doing my understanding it is unpredictable when a part will fail. (similar to auto transmission)
Mike was very focused addressing problems fixing them and moving to test the next component. He had a very systematic way of working thur the AC unit Nice cool air on a hot 🔥 day! Thanks Mike!
My technician name pancho did a phenomenal job explained everything that was going on with my unit. Very knowledgeable and respectful the best customer service from a technician that I have received. Had some issues with new ac install & subsequent service plan. Very generous resolution from Precision. Restored my faith as a customer to the point that we purchased another 5 year service plan in both our units
Darian and Chris were fabulous. Very professional, kind , considerate. I couldn’t program one of the thermostats and they walked me through the system. So respectful. Enjoying my new A/C unit.
THIS SHOULD BE YOUR ONLY CALL! We were referred to precision air through my father who used them a couple years ago he had nothing but good things to say about them. We gave them a call and they sent out a gentleman by the name of Mike, he went over everything so thoroughly with us and it was a no pressure sale, I really appreciated that because we were already stressed on the fact that we're reaching a record week for hear and our AC is out and do for another after 21 years, the only question I had was when can you start and what form of payment do you except. (this was so affordable) boom boom boom they were out two days later and in one day the whole thing was done. Wes and Guy the installation technicians were not only very polite and friendly they were extremely knowledgeable when talking to them about adding a system for our garage. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the unit is so quiet ( is it on??- oh yah ... cooling down fast!) thanks guys really appreciate it!
Joshua has been out to our home several times to service our 2 units that we purchased from you. He is always knowledgeable, professional and always explains everything to us as well as answering any questions we have as well as being a really nice guy! Today was no different than any of his other visits. Joshua does an awesome job and is a huge asset to Precision Air in our opinion. Thanks Joshua!

Multiple.reasons. Loud Machines is main reason and informed they are operable units so they most likely won't be fixed. The two units are only 2 weeks old. Repair man tells me one thing and then tells the install manager another. I have contacted the BBB after being told this.
Ryan and Michael worked in triple digit heat - middle of the day- to get a huge 3.5 ton HVAC on a Roof. Both men were friendly, helpful and cleaned up the area when done. 5 stars! Thank you
Gerald and Mark got to work immediately. They took photos of our unit to show us. We needed a fan motor. They cleaned everything up and got us working again. Great service, nice guys! We will call again if we need service.
Jamal was my technician I highly recommend him for all your other customers if they want a professional and courteous experience his knowledge of the system was exceptional he went above and beyond the call of duty the next time I need service I will make special requests if he is available thank you Jamal Mark K
