Hendel's not only services my Heating and AC, It was replaced by them. Wonderful jobs all around. I chose to have one annual maintenance for heating and cooling at the same time. I always get a discount. The Service Personnel are always respectful of my property and home. My heating system is in the attic with opening in ceiling of laundry room. Hendels Service Personnel have no problems checking out the over flow pan and servicing the heating system. They are one of the older A/C Businesses and always honor their work. I would certainly recommend them.
Precision air told me that I needed to spend $2100 for a new compressor. Technician from Hendels checked it at said it was fine
I was a little disappointed that just a week prior I had my A/C unit checked and received a green light for the summer. Then a week later I had the Capacitor replaced and a Compressor Hard start kit installed. But I will always use Hendel's.
Been using Hendls for many years. They tend to be on the higher priced side but I am ok with that. They are dependable, on time and their service guys are very competent. If you want it done right the first time then Hendls is the AC company to use.

We completed our seasonal A/C system maintenance. The service man, Jeremy was timely and polite. We have been using Hendel's for over 45 years and have always been pleased.
Service usually came within a few days. The last time it was around 4 weeks for general maintenance. The service told me it needed 2 to 3 lbs of freon. My main complaint is that the unit I bought from Hendal's has required 2 recharges and may be leaking. It was low one lb one year after I purchased it.

BEST HVAC Technician!! Look no further. I just had the best experience EVER. I am talking with all companies and technicians i have ever used.. I had Hendel's install new units on my house back in 2018 time frame. Really a great experience. I want to say that I have my technician for life and will only request RICH at Handel's. Rich took care of my equipment as if it was his own equipment. Not once did I ever feel like he was rushing thru..I can tell he has a passion for what he does. Thank you!!!
Great job installing new AC unit. Estimate was $2k less than everyone else and service was excellent
We’ve been using Hendels to service our AC and Ive always appreciated the integrity in their repairs. They provide quality workmanship. They recently installed a new system with all new duct work. They also relocated my condenser from the patio to the side of my house. I’m glad I’ll be able to enjoy my patio now. I would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Fast, friendly and most importantly honest service.
All the technician tried to do is sell me a completely new AC. He didn't even bother to check out the problem, stating only the system is old and needs to be replaced. I called another company, they came, did a short repair for $ 90 and everything worked nicely. Stay away from them.
Jared , your service tech, installed a new Braeburn thermostat. He also checked out our furnace system and verified that all was in working order, after we were told by a different company tech that our entire system was shorted out and we needed an entire new furnace system. That is when I decided to get a second opinion and called Hendel's. Jared was very friendly, honest and saved us a lot of money by not going with the first company.
I have been a customer of Hendales since the 80's. They have provided service for my systems as well as replaced two units over those years. They are professional and trustworthy.
After attempting to get my ac repaired with my home warranty ( which I will be canceling) for over a week with no success, Handel's can out within 1 hour of contacting them and my ac issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Jeremy was a great tech. Thank you for making my day.!
A/C went out right before our little kids went to bed. In AZ, you know this is a problem. Ha. We called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Our tech, Jeremy, identified the problem almost immediately and was able to get it fixed in no time. He was great! When we called, it being late in the day, we didn’t think we’d be able to have someone come until the next day. So, overall, just a great experience. From the person we dealt with in the phone to our tech, Jeremy. Great company and will definitely call them if any issues arise in the future.
Very satisfied with the way Hendel’s repaired my AC unit. I was first quoted 14k by another company and repair time would take several days. So I went to hendle’s for a second opinion. Hendel’s diagnosed the problem and they fixed it right then and there for a fraction of the cost.
I called them after struggling 5 days with our home warranty provider for the repair. They came out same day, inspected the unit and verified the repair to the fan motor and that AC compressor was working correctly. Fantastic Service from the time I called till the Jeremy the Tech left. As a business owner myself I can appreciate Excellent Service... Rare these days! Hendel's Air Conditioning has be Outstanding.
