I appreciate Jonathan coming out so quickly after hours and fixing our A/C. He was great and friendly.
Had a small issue and my AC stopped working at about 3pm tried to reset the breaker and see if it would work at all with no luck. Called Emergency Heating and air and they were able to get a tech out to me extremely fast. Pat came as soon as able, he quickly got onto the roof and began trouble shooting my AC unit after a little bit my wife began to joyously shout it’s cool again it’s cool again. Pat found the issue with our unit and remedied it quickly. Always amazing Employees with Emergency Heating and air from the dispatch, to the salesman, to the technician. Will definitely be my go to company for heating and AC repair. Thank you all.
mergency Air Hearing and Cooling saved my life (literally) After my HVAC system shut down I searched several companies with no prevail. after a deadly vehicle incident, loss of work due to my injuries, ending the process of dissolution of marriage and heart break my system went dow with temperatures reaching up to 117 degrees and averaging 91 degrees I was in serious trouble. Teddy the inspector took care of me. He and his superiors installed a portable a/c unit until they could figure out how they can assist me during this financial hardship. Well great news! I will be receiving a new unit next week thanks to Teddy, Management and the Owner to put together a plan to assist. Overall, I give this company a 100% with regards to professionalism, knowledge, caring for its community and their customers from the technicians, sales team, inspector, management and owners. this is a great company have in this Great State of. Arizona and abroad. with all of the above being said I highly recommend this company to everyone whom needs quick, professional, non rushed, and high quality service and commutation at Al times with their customers and team. Individual such as all team members (staff) gets a thumbs up from me () and it is experiences such as this one reminded my why I Love this Great State of Arizona. Called Emergency Air to have a routine maintenance done on one of our air conditioners. Scott was very professional. Explained everything that was done. He even told us about a plan for veterans that they have which will save us a great deal of money in the future. We will be having to get a new air conditioner for the other side of our house. He gave us an estimate for that too.
The 2 tecs were very cordial found problem fast came back with a choice of plans with no pressure to choose more expensive. Cleaned and fixed unit . Answered all questions. Very satisfied with repairs and interactions.
Fake add on ktar radio. They claim a 39.99 full inspection just to come and scare you that you need a new unit. They said a capacitor was bad and they wanted almost $600. My buddy got it for $34. And installed it for free even thou the old ine was actually working fine. They also said I needed a whole new unit because the unit on the attic had rust and they also lied about my unit leaking freon. My friend who owns an ac company said that if it had a leak my unit wouldn't blow cold air. Definitely don't recommend at all. They aren't bad people they are just un the business of selling brand new units for way too much.
Gerald Largo was our maintenance technician. Gerald did an exceptional job at explaining each and every detail about our air conditioner and the work he was doing. His friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Gerald took before and after pictures as he was explaining what he was checking. Gerald also made arrangements for a comfort advisor to meet with us on Wednesday. We truly appreciate Gerald's work ethic and his exceptional knowledge about every aspect of the air conditioning business. Thank you Gerald.
My wife and I recently purchased a $29,000 Carrier HVAC system from Emergency Air (EA). We received several estimates from other businesses and ultimately made our decision to make this extraordinarily expensive investment with Emergency Air. The crew showed up the following morning after we made our purchase on 6/12/23. The installation crew of 4 were done with the installation by mid-afternoon. When I returned home, I noticed that a section of my driveway curbing had been crushed. I didn’t mention this to the EA crew as I needed to confirm what happened with my wife. As I walked into my home the two crew leads were explaining to my wife that we would be very happy with the 7 ton system. After they left I went to admire my two new Carrier units. I suddenly found myself in a state of shock when I noticed that both units were wobbling as they hadn’t been secured to the cement foundations. Additionally, the wiring outside of one unit was wrapped in a glob of electrical tape that spoke volumes to me of indifference, poor training and dismal supervision. After documenting everything I sent pictures of the shabby work to our salesperson. A new crew came out the following day to secure the units and redo the wiring. I asked them to please check the work done installing the two new air handlers in the attic as I was having deep concerns about what I couldn’t see. After spending sometime in the attic they let my wife and I know that everything was all good. Within 3 days on Saturday 6/17, we were reaching back out to EA as the back part of our house was not cooling. The Tech that came out apologized that he wouldn’t be able to get our new 4-Ton unit to go. The following day on Father’s Day, a new highly seasoned tech (that we later learned would be our “warranty manager”) came to help resolve the issue to no avail. He returned for three more days until the issue was finally resolved on 6/21. He noted that the sensors had been reversed in the air handler during the initial
Pat was professional and took ownership. He had to get the part late on the day before 4th of July holiday. I was ready to make alternate plans thinking it wasn’t going to be possible. He made the impossible possible. He got the part and had the unit up and running. Pat is a blessing to me and the company. I can not thank you enough Pat. Amazing work

We called Emergency Air & was serviced the same day. Russ & his partner had the unit fixed within 20 minutes and provided alot of helpful information. Thank you for your service out in this Arizona heat. We are very grateful.
I just got my entire system replaced a week ago in my home and it has already failed twice. When deciding on what to replace i agreed on everything they suggested to make sure i have no problems and worry free system. Unfortunately after spending a whole lot of $$$ I'm still dealing with a hot house. Service rep came out same day to fix it the first time and they are coming again tomorrow morning to try to figure out why it is not cooling. Very disappointed in this company as I see so many 5 start reviews. Nice people over all and very responsive.
Broc was really great. He took detailed video of my AC unit and explained exactly what was there and what he was going to do. Very polite and professional.
Had a quote for a new AC for $22k starting. After all their “discounts “ it came to about $16k. Had a few more quotes that came in a lot less ( had a better system for just above $10k) and then they wanted to come down in their prices. At this point they lost my business. Definitely appreciate the up front prices and guarantees of the other company.
I had a maintenance appt on June 26 and Tommy and Cruz came. They were great! Tommy really seemed like he knew his stuff. Cruz was a newbie but very nice. I will continue to use Emergency Air!
I have purchased 3 AC units from emergency air and they are the best company. They show up when they say they will and always come within a day. Pat E and the technicians have always been extremely nice and knowledgeable. Plus they clean up their mess! I’m always worried I’ll be told…..this isn’t under warranty but I haven’t heard that yet ! Highly recommend them. For my first unit I quoted through the company through costco and 2 others. Emergency air gave me the same or better unit for $4500 less
Evi and Michael were very upstanding, professional and personable. They both went above and beyond to help my family. When I do get the means to replace my unit your company will be my only choice. Thanks for your help
