Bob came on a Sunday to diagnose and repair our AC unit. It was 107 outside and he had the western sun on his back. He was efficient and fair. We were extremely grateful to him for giving up family time to help us out. We would like to recommend his business to anyone who needs excellent service.
Bob and Ryan were excellent to deal with, personable, very reasonably priced and so helpful! They really bent over backwards to help me with installation of two different houses. Would absolutely might recommend them.

Teach your drivers how to drive, on his phone all over the road and changing lanes with no blinker. He almost hit me twice ….. first time on the 60 he came into my lane with no blinker and pulled out in front of me going slow. The second time on Gilbert road as we turned he came into my lane instead of going into the lane he came from . Glad I took his picture after the first time .
Good company to suit your heating and air conditioning needs. They many years of experience servicing the east valley. Ryan is very thorough in trouble shooting any problems with your system and making sure to get you the best deal on a replacement and to make sure that your install is the correct fit and complete to your satisfaction. Bob is super knowledgeable in all areas of climate control and is sure to continue passing his knowledge down to others in his employ. Friendly professional staff and just an all around good company to suit you seasonal needs as well as taking care of any emergency that may arise. I highly recommend them.
Bob and the whole team with degree were fantastic! They gave us a fantastic price and even installed a brand new unit within 1 day! It was amazing! They were professional and did everything so fast, we were super impressed! I will definitely be referring them to anyone in need of ac repair or instal!

I just bought a new home and the AC needed go be replaced. Bob and the crew were here the same week I closed and replaced my AC within hours. Great guys! So thankful they were here to get me taken care of so quickly. Thanks Degree!
Our heat went out in the middle of the night. When we woke up it was freezing cold. I called my warranty company on Thursday. It was New Years Day, so I wasn’t sure if they would be able to get someone to come out right away due to the holidays. Degree Air Conditioning was the company assigned to us through the warranty.. The warranty called me Thursday to let me know that my appointment window was Monday between 10-3. I called Degree Air Conditioning and spoke to Ryan directly to see if there was any possibility of them getting out to me sooner, because I have 3 small kids and it has been getting extremely cold in the nights. I was really stressing that we would have to stick it out through the whole weekend. Ryan told me he would do his best to have his tech out the next day. (Friday) and told me to call him Friday morning. I called him Friday and he let me know the tech would be by today to get us taken care of! Martin came by and fixed the issue. He got our heat working quickly. I really appreciate these guys pushing to get our service taken care of so quickly so we don’t have to go through another cold night! Great service. Would definitely use them again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HOMEBUYER WARRANTEE ISSUES. When the tecnition came out he claimed the AC unit wasn't working because of maintenance issues and wanted to buy a new unit, $5 - 7k. I asked they completely check out the unit and let me know if anything would be covered by the warrantee. He said he would once the unit had defrosted. 2 1/2 days an 4 calls, 1 text message later in 103 outside and 93 inside, I called another vendor to fix it. On the very next day Degree called and said they would try to contact the warrantee company to see what they would do. I told them I got the unit fixed. The voltage regulator had to be replaced and the P-Trap and pvc pipe repaired and replaced, neither of which is a maintenance issue. They just wanted the money to replace the unit.

Excellent service and I trust Ryan and Lincoln and team to do the job correctly. I have used Degree three times in the last 2 months. I got a brand new unit replaced and they were great at giving a fair price and working with my warranty company. I also have a rental that they helped me update some things. Recently, I had a leak through my ceiling and they came out on emergency for me and fixed my issues the same day! These guys are wonderful to work with and will always help in a bind if they can. I will refer Degree to all my friends moving forward. Thanks Ryan & Lincoln!
I can't say enough good things about Degree air. Rob who showed up to diagnosis the problem two days before the home warranty people made the appointment. Ryan who helped me out tremendously while I argued with home warranty. Ryan got his techs to come out on holiday weekend to put my ac in. Luis and Angel who worked in 110 degree heat in the attic to get me going. They were great. Cleaned everything up and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.
Was referred to Degree by my home warranty company. My central air suddenly stopped working and due to health issues I needed some fast service. I spoke with Ryan regarding my situation. The next day Lincoln arrived to look at my system and identified many issues. A date to fix the problems was set. Much to my surprise and excitement a crew arrived the following day to install the needed equipment. Aaron and Lues were fantastic...professional, friendly, informative and there work ethic was amazing. I can not thank Ryan enough for his timely service and great staff! I highly recommend this company for your AC problems. I will without hesitation use Degree for my future AC/heating need. Thanks so much Ryan!!!!
I’ve been with Degree working with Bob for decades. He has always treated me fairly, and promptly when I have needed help. Their work is always thorough and he offers a fair price. I have on three occasions over the years in emergencies needed my AC with 100+ temps, and they came through. Highly recommend them.
I dont understand why your tech is doing 35 mph on the 101 with no traffic. Hopefully, your driver is not impaired.
