Worst experience ever. Ordered my fridge panels online June 8th, when buying it stated expect delivery June 22nd. It is June 21st and I have not gotten any tracking info regarding this delivery, I call Conn's and they state oh we haven't scheduled the delivery yet, since you called now I will put in the request and they will give you a date when it will deliver... WHAT THE HECK? WHY WAS THIS NOT NOTIFIED IN THE VERY BEGINNING AND WHY DOES IT TAKE ME CALLING IN TO MAKE CONN'S DO THEIR JOB AND REQUEST A DELIVERY!!!!!!

Never got my delivery. It was always tomorrow tomorrow.
the worst customer service I have ever encountered. have beds on display that are "broke in" (their words not mine) giving you the impression you're getting a soft and comfortable bed. get it delivered and you're on a rock. in so much pain the next day, after only 45 minutes on it, you can barely walk (just had back surgery a few weeks ago and need a comfortable bed) and their answer is if I can't handle breaking it in, I should to sell it on Facebook Market place and go buy a new one from them. We have spent thousands with them (fridge, sectional, tempurpedic king mattress, 75" TV, washer/dryer set and Roomba) and this is how they treat returning customers. I will NEVER buy from them and will let everyone I know to never go there. great way to lose customers.

My Son and I were Treated Great. It is a Large Place, with a Home Town Feel. While there we were Assisted by a Salesperson by the Name of Stephen. Who did a Terrific Job in Answering All of Our Questions, and trying to get us the Best Deals Possible. In Doing so We Purchased a New Fridge, Microwave, and (2) Extremely Large Flat screen T.V.'s. We were then Assisted by the Store Manager Arden who was also a Pleasure to Speak with. In doing so We found out that there are Quite a few MILITARY VETERANS that are Working at that Store. There Service to Us in Both Military, and Civilian Life are Much Appreciated 👍👍👍👍 So If You are in the Market for Appliances, T.V.'s, or A Variety of Furniture We would Highly Appreciate You Supporting Our Veterans and Give them an Opportunity to Again be of Service to You...

Horrible idea to apply for financing online. Within seconds of getting pre approval I got a phone call. The representative asked me to come in. I said why I was already pre approved?!? I mean your company sent me offers in the mail begging me to apply!! The representative said oh cause I need to scan your ID. Ummm no!!! I’m not wasting my precious time to come in store so you can harass me to buy many items! All I needed was a tv. Since that day they have called and texted non stop. They call during work hours it’s so irritating. They call from different numbers if you block them! They are straight harassing you to buy something. Don’t apply online if you do put down a fake number so they don’t harass you!
Nicole has helped us get new appliances for our home(first time was a washer and dryer) (second time for the kitchen) she also help us with couches and table. The service we get with her is exceptional. I never go anywhere else. If you need something ask for her she will make sure you are taken care of. She is a valuable asset to the company!!!!!

Our experience in Conns today with Nicole has been top notch warm and fuzzy feeling of family with her help and knowledge. We won’t be going anywhere else for our in home furniture, appliance and entertainment purchases! We asked for Nicole upon waking into the store, and gradually by all the remaining staff! I recently upgraded my kitchen appliances. Conn’s had Great service, selections and prices! My items were delivered and installed on time! Will certainly purchase here again!

Extremely friendly staff great customer service, they have plenty of financing options but I would not recommend buying from here if you need to finance. You can use Acima 90 days same as cash no interest as long as you pay it in 90 at Best Buy. Their in-store financing is 30% they do have synchrony which is good and then their other financing is 15% interest!!!! Absolutely horrible I would not recommend buying a single thing from this company!!!!
My family and I went to Conn’s to purchase couches and Sally in the Chandler Location was very helpful, and we respected the fact she gave us time to look and not make us feel rushed that was noticed… We got what we were looking for and are very happy with the help and time she took with us🙏 Thank you Sally😊

Conns is ok however can be predatory especially those who may have bad credit high interest rates run rampant for furniture that doest last long also after youve already received approval online conns will run your credit again in store causinganother hard inquiry. My latest purchase of washer and dryer to the techs sent to setup the washer and dryer did no troubleshooting to do the installation or provided instructions on what I needed to do to prepare for installation. Left me to my own devices to do the installation myself. If you ever fall behind on a payment and call to make arrangements there collections department doesn't get notifications even after you tell them arrangements have been made the will continue to call and email you up until the day that the payment is made. They will call you work and cell phone daily. I'm glad that my items have been paid off I will never buy from this place again.
Nicole had reached out to me as I had looked at some furniture online. I finally made it in to the store. Nicole directed me to where I wanted to look. She was very helpful in every way. She explained the warranty, she went over the costs and what delivery would look like. I will shop here again.
