The technician arrived on time and gave me info about what he planned to do. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the replacement parts from the truck. He recommended an upgrade to address my concern with compressor service life. The tech quickly installed the new parts and confirmed proper operation. I am very satisfied with Chandler Air.

I purchased my first new A/C for my home and am so glad I did it with Chandler Air! Not only are they a qualified SRP contractor (we got a rebate from SRP) but they are also excellent and efficient. We had our unit installed in no time.
Our heat pump went out and they came out early the next morning. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a capacitor). Our AC unit is back up and running! They were honest and professional. I would recommend them to work on your heat pump.

Such a pleasant experience with Keenan McCarthy this morning. Such a friendly young man and very knowledgeable too. We talked extensively about my AC and he answered all my questions and offered valuable information on protecting the unit to extend it's life. My unit was fixed quickly and he stayed to make sure all was running perfectly before he left.
Every step of the process of replacing the 30-year-old heat pumps in our new home was as stress free as possible. Many thanks to Mike, Hector and Jesus for the awesome work they performed in this all-day-long installation! Highly recommend Chandler Air!!!
The technician, Mr. McCarthy, was excellent and brought in parts from the unit that needed to be replaced, and demonstrated and explained why they should be changed out to avoid a more costly repair later down the road. He was very efficient, thorough, professional, and courteous. I felt he was being honest about the condition of my unit and did not use any pressure techniques or try to sell me a new a/c. Very positive experience with Chandler Air.

Chandler Air is great. I had an old AC unit on my house. My wife called me at work to let me know that our AC was blowing warm air. I called Chandler Air and they were super responsive. They came out within hours and gave us sensible options without hard selling us. I like that! I chose to buy a new AC unit and within three days it was installed! After having no air for over 24 hours and sleeping in a house that was 97°. I called Chandler air but before I called Chandler air, I called my home warranty to see if they could help me out. The earliest they could help me was Thursday evening. Since today is Monday and last night was so miserable I decided to call Chandler air based on the reviews I read on Google. They got me in same day and even four hours after I called. This is better than the last three companies that were called since yesterday Hector came out and fixed my AC within minutes he let me know about the warranties that they offer, and was on time and courteous. I would recommend Chandler air for anyone.
Mike, Hector, and Jesus were polite, diligent, and respectful of our home. They worked non stop and cleaned up when done. They updated the Chandler Air form so a duct repair could be scheduled. Good workmanship and high satisfaction.
