Their technician James, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during his visit. He explained step by step the process , what he was looking for and what would be needed to fix the issue. It’s nice when you feel like you’re not being taken advantage of, and Bluewave wants and is willing to do right by their customers. Great experience!

Our AC went out the evening of 4th of July. We called a few companies with no response. Bleuwave called me back in a few minutes and had us scheduled the next hour. James came out and took the time to explain what was going on. He was so professional and friendly. Best experience with an HVAC company. He made us a customer for life!
The technician (Brian?) was great! Friendly, professional, and was even able to come out a few hours after I called it in! He figured out the problem with the AC quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. I would definitely use these guys again! Thank you!

They don't carry R22 Freon and said the EPA got rid of it. They told me I need a new unit which cost thousands. I found out lots of companies service older units.
My parents needed an HVAC unit put on the house. Bleu Wave sent out a technician for estimate and information about the best unit for the home. Frank is very knowledgeable about this trade. I had all the confidence this was the right company to work with. Excellent work quality and very helpful interacting with my elderly parents.

Blue Wave HVAC was a great choice for our AC issues. They were fast and very efficient. They found the problem extremely quick and was able to fix it during the same service visit. I will be using Blue Wave HVAC for all future routine maintenance for our AC system.

Our a/c system went out on Monday evening, we called and booked an appointment for the next morning. Frank our service tech was on time l thorough and got the problem diagnosed! The repair was completed and we were in the cool again! Great company and technicians, veteran owned is a plus in my book! I have their number on the fridge now, if and when we need it again!
Not sure how to review this business 🤔 The service tech was very nice and changed out my thermostat...but when he was finished, he walked outside to check the unit to make sure that everything was working properly. Upon inspection of the unit, he then told me that it was frozen up and I believe he said I either needed a new compressor and/or it might be more cost effective to purchase a new unit. After another call I received from the office, everything was explained to me and I am now going forward with the repair! I liked the labor warranty that was included with the repair and I really appreciate the personal contact with them!

I found Bleuwave online while searching for dryer vent cleaning services. I couldn’t believe the pricing, so I called the company to verify. The representative was very courteous and verified the pricing, it was for HVAC & dryer vent cleaning. Without hesitation I scheduled an appointment. The technician Eric arrived on time & introduced himself, he was very professional & pleasant throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC or any electrical needs. I will certainly be using their services for any future needs.
Came for $19 to check my system. I had another company come look at it and they wanted to "repair" parts that weren't broken. Thank you for coming and giving me another opinion on my HVAC system. Frank was honest and upfront about the system and condition it was in.
