Great Job, came on schedule, reviewed piping and fixed a valve and leaking fitting, installed new 50-gal heater, was neat and friendly. Recommend this company and our specific technician to anyone.
Fantastic experience to report with AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC. I received multiple quotes to replace my 23-year-old water heater, and AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC offered the best price on a high quality water heater . My installer, John, was professional and paid attention to the details. There was a small issue after the installation, in part, my fault, and John was responsive and helpful.
They came and worked on the leak the same day I called. The next day, a Saturday, the unit began to leak again. I figured it would be a few days before they would come back since it was the weekend. They came out that day and fixed the leak no charge and it hasn't leaked since. They stood behind their work no questions asked. They are trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely hire them again.

Our water heater unexpectedly went out, and for three days I contacted 5 businesses to compare prices and quality of materials. I called in the morning, Mario came within an hour, and immediately diagnosed the problem with the heater and got to work. He replaced everything in record time and was a pleasure to work with the entire time. I know ideally you only replace your water heater every 7-10 years, but I look forward to that time so I can have such an easy and pleasant experience. And hey, you get to celebrate after with a hot shower… not bad.
I have an annual service contract with them for spring and fall servicing of my heating and air unit. They are punctual, and their service is outstanding. They are family friendly and work with the client on their schedules and billing.

We decided to use them after a high recommendation from family. We did an inspection on the HVAC prior to buying a home since the units are 13 years old. They were very professional when setting the appointment and the technician was great to answer questions after the inspection. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me a new AC unit like many companies do.
Randy did amazing at informing me of my system, what improvements I could do to keep my system running more efficiently as well as kind and respectful of my home. Amazing service. Will definitely be asking for Randy again!
Highly recommend. The install was flawless. Crew was professional and left work area very clean. Train is one of the top 3 brands. Not the least expensive but overall a good value.
