Anthony is a total professional. He is extremely friendly, totally knowledgeable about his profession. His wife (Who also is extremely friendly) answers your call and sets up your service time. Anthony has always contacted us prior to appointment, is always on time and does an amazing job for a more than fair price. Will explain everything that is needed in a Laymans term that you can understand. They are the small family business that people look for that has the integrity and knowledge to make sure you’re A/C is taken care of correctly. I will always use and recommend them. Kevin

We’re so happy someone recommended Antrim air to us!! Our heater went out in the coldest week of the year, and they came out same-day and got it repaired fast. It can be so hard to trust contractors etc, but these guys were so friendly, responsive, and honest/upfront!! We’ll be loyal customers!
My ac was 23 years old, and maintained for all these years by Antrim Air. When Anthony told me it was time to replace my entire HVAC system, I totally trusted his judgment. The purchase, installation and cleanup were perfectly executed, and has given me such relief from worry about losing air conditioning in AZ! I highly recommend this business. They are entirely professional, timely and responsive.
Anthony & Talitha were awesome to work with. I needed a complete HVAC system and quick. They accommodated our needs and did an excellent job at a great price. We will definitely use them again when we have any future needs.
We’ve used Antrim for years and they have ALWAYS been efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. So much so, we have a yearly maintenance plan with them. This last time, from the time I called to the end of repair it was less than an hour and the house was cool moments later. I will always recommend and refer them to family and friends.
Antrim air has repaired our air conditioning 4 times now within 2ish months. Pros: They are are able to get there within a few days (it’s tough here because once the AC goes out, the house heats to nearly 100 within hours). They communicate an accurate arrival window (appreciated as we have work to schedule around, and pets who don’t like other people entering the home). They fix the problem in a timely manner. Cons: The problem continues to persist. Because we are in a rental, they aren’t allowed to tell us what the problem is. Overall, happy with response time. They are probably much better to work with if you are a homeowner and they are transparent about the problems, solutions, and best course of action.
These folks were a breeze to work with and incredibly responsive via email/phone! Had to wait just a few weeks for equipment with ongoing supply chain issues but the actual install was a speedy 4 hours early in the morning. Left no mess whatsoever. Highly recommend them for communication, price and professionalism :)
Anthony provided excellent service and resolution for our A/C issue! We recently bought our house that was still under warranty from the previous owner. He was very professional, friendly and thorough when walking us through the existing issue and how to prevent the issue in the future. Additionally, he took extra time to walk us through how to clean the mini split filters and what trees/plants are not AC unit friendly. We will definitely be using Antrim Air again if any future issues arise!
Highest recommendation! High quality Installation, courteous customer service, reasonable cost, and very knowledgeable. Anthony offered less expensive repairs first. He replaced my old HVAC unit with a more energy efficient one, including rebuilding the base the air handler sits on in the attic. Then diagnosed and adjusted my other unit to run more efficiently. They also replaced my aging and leaking attic duct work with insulated ducts for both of the attic units and installed a new programmable thermostat. Overall my power bill was cut in half! Love this family owned business!

Anthony came to our house to do the seasonal maintenance. He was very honest, went over what was needed and answered all of our questions. We will surely see him next time!

Antrim Air is great! Antrim has a level of professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic that I haven't found in a lot of service providers. Antrim has been providing annual service check ups for several years and recently replaced two units. Antrim is always very responsive if there is an issue with my system and they work hard to get it done right. I would recommend Antrim to anyone.
I have lived in AZ for 22 years, so needless to say, I have used many different AC companies. No one beats Antrim for professionalism and fairness. They are the only ones I completely trust.
If I could give 10 stars I would!! It’s a small family business (which I try to support) that were extremely professional, great value, and had great quality. I would definitely recommend them for any kind of HVAC work.
I’ve been using Anthony (Antrim Air) for several years now and have never been disappointed. He’s honest, prompt, and has always been very personable when he comes to the house. You can tell he takes pride in his work and that customer service is important to him.
We have been using Antrim for approximately 7 or 8 years. Anthony does very good work and is quick to respond to our needs. He recently replaced our air conditioning/heating unit and thermostat. We had to wait four months for Trane to ship the new unit, but Anthony provided us with an alternate unit until the new one arrived. Not too many companies would have done that.
