Used via One Guard home warranty, the company was great and the tech that came out was amazing.
Called right when they opened Tina was very friendly and g9t us scheduled quickly as our home's ac quit. Said she'd have some one out before noon. 9:15 am text received that the tech was on the way. Bobby arrived promptly and immediately found the bad capacitor replaced it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend you call them. We we're so afraid our 15 year old unit was going to need replacement.
I was without heat for a week & then developed a leak from the roof near the heat pump to the living room ceiling. I was waiting on my home warranty service to do the repairs but I got tired of waiting after a week & Airamedics was able to come out & do the repairs the same day I called. The technician, Bobby, was professional, courteous, efficient, and explained everything to me every step of the way. He successfully repaired the heat pump & patched the seals that had worn out. He even entertained my cat with a laser pointer. Gold star service & work product!
Tech came out. He said my problem was a leak and charged me $700 out of pocket (home warranty covered the dye and stop leak). Had to call them 30 minutes after tech left because unit stopped working again. Took them a week to come back and this time he apparently actually "checks everything" and then proceeds to give the warranty company a laundry list of things that are wrong with the unit so that they can tell me they won't cover the repair. So which time was he right? Or was he right either time? Either way I'm out the $700 for this misdiagnosis and now the warranty company won't cover anything. Called a different company not associated with the home warranty and for $80 the problem was fixed. Go elsewhere for your HVAC repairs. They are still trying to charge $140 for the 2nd visit which is laughable. Also don't recommend OneGuard Home Warranty.
Ryon came to look at our air conditioning system and claimed that it was not maintained to the home warranty company and said it needed to be replaced for $10 600. Hired another company, they replaced the capacitor, fixed a loose connection and it was fully operational again. Not a very good organization if that’s the type of employees they hire.
Ryan with Airamedics came out to serve my AC/heat. He was very nowledgeable, and he explained what he was doing clearly and is a true professional. I'll be asking for him the next time.

Very much liked our technician Ryon, he was professional and explained everything he did during our heating system tuneup. However, we feel the company grossly overcharged for a suggested float switch and are disappointed since we were planning to use them to replace our HVAC next Spring. They were referred by our Home Warranty company, will keep looking for another provider to replace our HVAC.

We contracted with Airamedics through our home warranty and the technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, and got our unit working again the same day. We had a great experience - I'd definitely recommend these folks!
Ryan was amazing!!!! Helped replace a broken thermostat and recommended a new smart thermostat. Not only did he install the new one, but he showed me how to use it too. Great customer service
We were in a real bind when our AC went down and the office was able to get us scheduled the same day. Ryan arrived right on time and showed us exactly what was wrong. He made the repair quickly and now we’re back up and running! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent customer service from everyone and a fair price! Ryon took the initiative to call me and get my repair done a day early since he had an opening in his schedule.
Woke up to find 1 of my 2 ac units was not blowing cold air. I called AirAmedics and they were able to get me in on the same day, which is tough to do in the Arizona summer. Our technician, Ryan was very courteous and professional. He showed me what was wrong with the ac unit in question and serviced the second unit. Highly recommend AirAmedics the next time you have air conditioning needs and make sure to ask for Ryan.
Ryan and Malcolm, (please forgive me if I forgot your names gents) were great. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan was the lead tech, was in and out in about 20 minutes. Replaced the capacitor and contractor. I will def it Lu be calling these guys again!
Tina’s customer service repair was awesome with helping to explain the warranty process. Ryan’s technician skills were very informative and helped us save several hundred of dollars. For sure would use them again in the future!
Ryan was incredible. He was able to come out early. He was quick and professional. He got my AC running and swapped the parts i needed to get me through the summer. 10/10 would recommend.
