Owner came out and lied to my face about an issue I was having. VM did the original installation then the company was sold. New owner will not honor their warranty obligations. I would never use them again.
Unsafe employee, tailgating, passing on 1 lane road in a non passing zone, and driving at least 25 Over speed limit. Your rolling billboard is going to kill someone.
We've used Vent Masters for home renovations, HVAC maintenance, and HVAC repairs. James and his crew have been responsive, thorough, and considerate. All his staff have been personable and friendly, and they've taken the time to understand our needs. They've taken their time to identify any issues, and they've resolved the challenges they've faced. Additionally, their pricing is reasonable. I plan on continuing to use them for all my HVAC needs.
The team at Vent Masters worked quickly to set up service for a HVAC unit that stopped working. Ryan was polite, professional and efficient. He identified the problem and returned with the correct part in record time. We are very happy with our service and highly recommend this company.
Great company with awesome people. Had water leaking into my house from a rain storm around my AC unit. Contacted them and they had someone out very fast and they got right to work. was able to fix the issue. I am very please with everything and highly recommend them
