My home A/C quit overnight. I called Pat's AC first thing in the morning and a couple of hours later a technician was at the house. Thankfully, it was just the capacitor and shortly afterwards the A/C was up and running. They were friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend them.
1st time having an AC problem and after calling 6 different ac companies, Pat's was the only one willing to come out on a holiday, same day. Colton diagnosed the issue right away, explained the issue and got it fixed in 10 minutes, without charging thousands of dollars. It's been a few minutes since he left and the house is already cool. I'm a landlord and I have an HVAC company that I use. My tenant called me one evening to tell me that the AC was not working. Because it was getting late, I told her that I would call the office in the morning. The next day, I called my HVAC service and they said they could be out between 10-2. So I asked them what time they were coming and they said between 10-2 but there is a 90% chance that the part

Started using Pat's AC when I lived in Buckeye, great prices and unbeatable customer service. I continue to use them in my new house and they are always on time with prices that can't be beat. Colton is an awesome tech. Polite, great customer service, knows his job, just a pleasure to work with. This last go around I had a capacitor go out on one of my units in triple digit temps. Waited and called in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. They were on time and quick. Got my house cool again in no time. Other companies should take notice of the customer service this business has. Pat's AC does it right.
Always on time and do a thorough inspection
I tried to install a new thermostat because it would not shut off when it hit target temperature.. I estimated my power bill this month would have gone above $550!.. I managed to make my AC system not work. I called Pat's and made an appointment. Colton and his partner (did not get his name) showed up right on time and got to work right away. They were able to quickly figure out the issue and even found other issues that were unknown. They installed a new thermostat, transformer, rewired the heat strips, and inspected my ducts because I just recently bought this home and had concerns. They informed me that only the smallest heat strip had been running before (which makes sense, it did not get hot before), but now two out of the three will run. They could not do the third due to safety reasons concerning the power supply lines. Now my AC/heat is working better than it was before I messed it up and shuts off/turns on when it is supposed to. The power bill savings alone were worth the cost! Thanks for helping me out and being so knowledgeable!
Great costumer service. These guys really know what they're doing I recommend them to everyone I know that has problems with there AC unit.

I read the reviews and thought I would give these guys a try. We are somewhat remote and the appointment that we had set with another company was cancelled because of the distance even though they had serviced us before. I called Pat's in the afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning. Patrick was really friendly and helpful. I explained the problem and he had me up and running in less than an hour. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need and he explained the problem so that even I could understand. The price was very affordable. I am a very happy customer. You should give them a try.
