Ryan Ebert came to do our annual A/C service and was very competent, helpful and accomodating. He does good work and represents ProSkill well.
I contacted ProSkill on their website and within an 30 minutes they contacted me and set up an appointment for today. Tyson came out today and was prompt and took care of my problem efficiently and effectively.
Very responsive. Very prompt! Can't say enough good things about how we were rescued on a holiday (July 4th) and had cool air within a very short period of time from when I called for service! Would highly recommend!
I found Proskills after asking neighbors on Nextdoor for recommendations when one of our AC's went out. The rep that came to explain things to us, Scott Bashaar, was informative and did a great job fitting us to the right unit. Carlos and Jose were the technicians that installed everything today. They did a fantastic job, kept me informed, everything is clean and running great. Scott even dropped off some doughnuts and said hi as the tech's got to work. Our AC stopped working yesterday so I looked for AC repair places. ProSkill Services got very high ratings so I gave them a call. Eric Chavez came out first thing in the morning the next day (which was a holiday no less - and I was not charged extra for that). He clearly knew his stuff. He took a video and explained to me clearly what the problem was - AND - arranged for another person to come out that same day to give an estimate, and that person brought two AC window units for us to use at no charge until our AC was working again. I HIGHLY recommend Eric and ProSkill Services!!!!
ProSkill Services team member Pat Murphy conducted a diagnostic review of issues with our home AC systems, and provided initial ideas and solutions for addressing them. We have had several issues with outright dishonest or incompetent AC service techs and firms. Pat and his team seem to operate with integrity. We are looking at next steps for a systems fix with ProSkill.
Had the RO system flushed along with new filters. This service included a water softener check along with a water heater flush. The technician was professional, courteous and friendly. Thanks to Decio for the great service!

Michael was on time and efficient for our summer check in. He answered my questions and provided details about our ac that helped us understand how it all was working and gave us confidence that we wouldn't have issues keeping cool this summer.
We were very happy with the technicians you sent to us to install our new Trane AC/Furnaces. They were very professional, super friendly and explained everything we needed to know to adjust our thermostats. We know Pro Skill will take care of our needs with our new units moving forward

Daniel showed up on time explained the options we asked about ,described the pros and cons of each piece of equipment ,and cost.We made our choice ,he came the next day. Installed the unit in a very professional manner. Explained the finished product to us explained the operation to us.Cleaned up after the job was done.We have no complaints, and are very happy with the job.
Michael was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. He explained every step of the check up procedure to us and we feel comfortable that our units are performing as designed by the Mfg. Hope to have him back.
Everyone involved in the sale and installation of the gas/air unit were very helpful in explaining the whole procedure to me. The follow-up check of the whole system assured that everything was operating as it should be. I was very pleased with the whole team and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
I had a new warrenty with Choice Warrenty. I called them on a Sunday evening and expected service. I called 3 times on Monday expecting service and they told me they were working on it. At 3 o'clock on Monday, I called Pro Skill and they came out and completed the job within an hour of my call. I had a water leak on the wall behind my refrigerator and water on my floor. Many towels were soaked with water. I was getting desperate and Choice did not seem to care. After the problem was fixed I got a call around 3:30 from a vendor saying Choice just called them. Thank you, thank you for answering my call and fixing my leak Pro Skill. Thank you, Cody for fixing my problem. Cody repaired the problem quickly, was professional, and knew just what to do.
Had work done a year and a half ago and the hose bib started leaking. Called ProSkill and they were out the same day to fix it. Bonus it was covered under their warranty program. Cody was professional, courteous and most importantly, knowledgable. Will definitely continue using their service.
Could not be more pleased with the service from ProSkill. I had a water leak and the technician (shout out to Tim), quickly identified the issue and made the repair. He was knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend calling ProSkill.

ProSkill and their entire staff are top-notch. From my first phone call to the completion of the job, I give them a 5/5! From the initial diagnosis with the AC repair tech, Eric, to the remainder of my contacts throughout the entire install, they were all fabulous! Jason was very knowledgeable when presenting our options for a new AC unit. Once our decision was made, the install team was amazing. Doug, Hunter and Dylan were on time, very knowledgeable, professional, hard-working and courteous. They go above and beyond with their attention to detail. Ryan came to service our two Air Conditioning units. He was very respectful, showed up on time, and explained everything he was doing to us. There were some unexpected issues, and Ryan plugged away relentlessly for several extra hours until all was resolved. What a sweetheart and happy guy who loves his career.
