Had my Mom’s forced air oil furnace serviced and tuned-up by Erin at Midnight Sun Heating today. Erin was professional, exhibited phenomenal knowledge of the heating system and its components; and a variety of testing, Co2 output and induction measurements with high tech equipment that other companies don’t provide! She got my Mom’s furnace dialed in and purring like kitten at a modest price. I recommend to anyone to give Midnight Sun Heating a go!

Absolutely amazing response time even when busy. Descriptive, concise family style business. Knowledgeable on even old heaters from the 80's. I could not be happier that i found this alternative to altrol. Im happy i found such a friendly informative small business that i know i will go back to.
She was able to come within an hour to repair my furnace when it went out in December! She also has done maintenance for us and always does a great job. Highly recommend (especially if you are a single woman)

Highly recommend this company, specifically Erin. She was able to give step by step troubleshooting instructions over the phone to make sure she had an idea of what was going on with our boiler before coming out for a service call. We worked through everything that we could via phone and found a temporary fix until she could come out the next day to do repairs herself. Upon arrival she was very efficient and made sure to run all test to ensure proper working order of boiler once finished. She took time to clearly explain the work she did and the reasons those things needed to be done. Her pricing was very affordable and service was top notch. We will be using this company for any future service/repairs needed on our properties.
Miss Erin was able to squeeze us in on the SAME day we called! Super fast, less than an hour and she had us up and running again!! Unbeatable prices. Truly amazing, and we will absolutely use Midnight Sun Heating again.
My hot water heater wasn't working and Erin talked me through it on the phone. No trucks going out today due to snow and a day of rain! She told me how to fix my problem. I am surely going to use them every time in the future and you should, too! So kind. So friendly and helpful! I also want to add that they were the 22nd company I called today and I can't thank them enough!
She is knowledgeable and truly available 24 hours. She has come to service my boilers at two different after hours when problems arose. Her prices are affordable and her service work holds up.

Very friendly and they had someone come check heater out that very morning. Also had it fixed in about an hour and explained what it could be as they were working on it. Also made some recommendations for a later time.
Wow! I am so impressed with Midnight Sun Heating, Erin specifically, she is AMAZING! I called early in the week looking for an appointment to come service and clean my boiler system, Erin is an incredible woman. She responded promptly and said she was able to squeeze me in THAT week. When she arrived she immediately went to work and was focused on the task at hand, she was even able to multitask and help other customers over the phone, her organizational skills are impressive. I watched as she meticulously went through every little detail of my boiler system, checking for maximum efficiently. As she moved through each section she carefully, and with such detail and precision cleaned each component and ensured that each was installed correctly and in the correct piston or in the correct setting. Sorry guys but I haven't seen many "guys" give so much attention to detail as Erin did, she truly was impressive and inspired me as a woman in a more traditionally male profession. I was estatic when she told me she had found two fairly major issues that were uselessly wasting heating fuel for no reason other than the "guy" (sorry guys!) who installed them settled for a part that would work rather than the correct and most fuel efficient part. From start to finish it was only a few hours and my boiler looks practically brand new! Yes she even cleaned the outside and made it all sparkle like the day it was installed. Again the attention to details was phenomenal and I can recommend her enough to anyone who needs quality service by a great local company. Above all this incredible service came at a very affordable and reasonable price, I was expecting a much higher bill like I have seen from some of the other bigger more well known companies but was delighted that such great service was adorable and didn't include stupid hidden fees for things that I didn't even ask for. Had him to fix a leaking furnace last week. Replaced 3 different parts and the day after there was another leak. John said I have to replace another part for $200 each + labor and he can do it the following week. He also said parts failing one after another is "just a coincidence" and there's no major problem with the furnace. The next day the furnace stopped running. Tried to contact John but he was unavailable so I called another plumber. Turns out that $200 part is actually only $40 and the furnace wasn't starting because the bad igniter John installed 14 months ago. Just a coincidence?
Emergency call out on Valentine’s night! Kudos to Midnight Sun Heating for being there! The heating guy, John, knows his stuff and his wife, Arran, handles the rest, good peeps. Highly recommend!
