Our heat went out on a Friday evening. I called first thing Saturday morning, and he was here by 8:15 and had me running by 9:00. This was a fantastic experience and I will be calling Curtis Plumbing in the future!
Jeff showed up and did the job for the stated price, even though it took him longer than expected.

Very responsive and quick to come and fix the issue we had with our boiler. We will use again for other plumbing and heating issue that arise.
I left a message about my forced-air furnace malfunctioning, and he called me back right away. He had a window of time, so he came within about five minutes of the call. He told me he would check it out, and if he couldn't fix the problem, I would not be charged. he quickly found the problem and fixed it in under an hour. I was really impressed.
We received a quote from our property manager that our rental home needed a new HVAC. I reached out to Jeff to see if he could give us a quote based on what I was given. He called back and honestly said I was getting a good deal, and he would love a job like ours but we should go with them. Most companies would ghost you, but he actually took the time out to call and tell us we had a good deal. Our pocketbook is ruling us on this one, but under different circumstances I'd definitely call Curtis Plumbing. He's good people.
Jeff came to repair a leaking pipe in an interior wall. He was so prompt, and came to the house to get us fixed up first thing in the morning, in a snowstorm. He worked efficiently, and I would highly recommend him.
Jeff at Curtis Plumbing & Heating was a life saver! We have a heating system that has gone out twice in very cold winter months and he came to fix it right away. He was quick and affordable - I called a few places around town before I found Curtis Plumbing & Heating and no one could come within 3-4 days and if they did they charged the overtime rate. Jeff came within a half hour and we had heat back on within the hour. We are so glad we found Curtis Plumbing & Heating, we won’t be calling anyone else.
great customer service. i wasn’t on the schedule but jeff came right over and fixed a leaky valve in my laundry room. he was quick and very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend!

Jeff is the owner/operator and is fantastic! A very good contractor. I wanted an estimate on a new boiler and hot water heater. He was punctual and reasonably priced. I feel like he is an honest man which is hard to find these days.
They were able to make the necessary repairs very quickly without charging an emergency service rate
Jeff has helped us several times with furnace and plumbing problems. One time when our furnace was out, he was out of the state but we left a message. He arrived home at 4 or 5 in the morning--but at 7a.m. he called and immediately came over and got our heat going!
We had a leak from our boiler.....the second person I called offered to come by to look to see what the problem was. He came by, took the time to fix it even though I wasn't on his schedule. Awesome customer service develops business relationships! We now have hot water! Thank you Jeff.
