The entire team was responsive, courteous, understanding and knowledgeable. They were there when we needed a new system and got everything together on a Saturday for us to get the system installed Monday morning. As long as One Call is in business, they will have a customer here and I will tell all my friends and family about their exceptional service.
One Call heating and cooling is awesome in every aspect and has helped us so much !! They have fixed our heat in the winter and the AC in the summer. Highly recommend!
Starting with the awesome woman behind the phone (Ms. K) to the two gentlemen (Mr. C and Mr. J), clearly aliases for all parties, who showed to my house, this was the BEST service I have received from any organization in years. Ms. K was friendly, apologetic for an unforgettable (unavoidable) issue during our heatwave, and was communicative from beginning to end and beyond about my service call. I think her sense of humor helped also. Mr. C and Mr. J worked their butts off over the course of 2 days to troubleshoot my system, find the correct parts, and even went so far as to use their charm to get one of the parts warehouses to manually check inventory while the weather beat upon their brow. Did I mention a heat wave already? Though I have a personal friend I will always call for a new system, until that time, One Call Heating and Cooling, LLC, has earned a loyal customer.

One Call Heating and Air was a life saver for my family a couple of weeks ago! Customer Service was amazing! I called and inquired about a air conditioner problem. They came out the next day and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes!! Price was very reasonable and service was outstanding! I would highly recommend this family, locally owned business for all of your heating and air repairs or cleaning!

The motor in our air handler went out and they guys and gals at One Call went above and beyond to get the job done! We were looking at having a house without heat during a pretty cold weekend and they made sure we had heat! Highly recommend One Call for all your HVAC needs!

They took care of my wiring work quickly and during the holidays! Scheduling was a breeze, was well aware of their arrival time, everyone was polite, and they quoted a competitive price. A+
I would never use this company. On the surface they look great but if you have any warranty work for a product they sold you they treat it differently and cut corners and even mislead you about what they are doing. They get belligerent if you question them. The best thing they have going for them is the lady who answers the phone and dispatches. If they all had her integrity it would be a good company. Do Not Use This Company. After 2 failed attempts to fix a 2 year old unit, I had to go to another company to cure the issue with my ac (previously being left a week at a time with no ac). I asked for reimbursement due to the issue being a faulty weld they made and they behaved like children. Still trying to get a reimbursement. Response To the owners response- yes there is a lot more to the story which will come out. I used a reputable company to come out to correct the issue they caused by faulty work and could not correct in two visits. Out of two separate weeks, after asking and after they left the job site after being caught trying to not do a job properly and lying, i asked to be put into a hotel for which i paid and got reimbursement a week later. I gave them an opportunity to reimburse me before posting a review. The childish unprofessional response to this bad review, and all others prior to mine, should show all you need to know about this company. Save yourself the drama and do not use them. The anxiety and suffering I have been caused dealing with them has been ridiculous. I have never written a poor review on google about anyone before. This experience warranted warning to others.
I love this place as they have always gone above and beyond when working on my HVAC. Had the whole unit replaced by them 2 years ago and their service is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is reaching them seems to be a bit difficult. The receipt I have has an old number on it and the new number has a full voicemail box so I couldn't leave a message. With that being said, I called this morning and they arrived at 10:30 and we're done before 11:30 (clogged drain pipe). Thanks for the fast response!
We called Charlie to install a new HVAC based on the reccomendation of a hard-to-please family member. His team was quick and responsive, but the first installation wasn't what we were expecting. I was able to call Charlie and discuss my concerns, and he came back to discuss a fix, brought his team and made it right in record time. I would recommend Charlie and his team to anyone, I don't think you can find a more trustworthy, skilled team in Alabama.
This is by far the best company to do any heating or air work you need. I had a new outside air unit installed last April (2019) and had to call them again this week for heating issues. The two men that showed up were knowledgeable, professional, and patient with my mother and I. They made sure I understood everything they were explaining. I need a new furnace and the price quoted is so much lower than I expected. When the funds are available I know exactly who I'll be calling. Great job guys!!!!

This company did a fantastic job! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We had to replace my A/C unit and repair some ductwork. The company did a great job making me (the customer) feel comfortable about making such an unexpected, major purchase. They will work with you as best they can. The ductwork seemed impossible to fix. There had been some shotty work done when my house built. However, Charlie and the guys gave me a great deal. Also, I lost one of my batteries to my DeWalt drill while they were here. They may have accidentally taken it or I may have lost it! Either way I called and asked if they had seen an extra battery laying around. Instead of saying ‘’no” and moving on, they bought me a brand new DeWalt drill and mailed it to my house. That’s what makes this company great!!!
