Nice sound but not built quality
Can't put in to words how happy I am. They are the best after 8 years and 1new new heat pump. They were the ones that got it to work probably. Don't make the mistakes I did call KDM first they are great.
We just had to replace our entire AC unit and If you have a hot wife... and need a great company to work on your AC... call KDM Service. They were fantastic!

Horrible company. They are a scam. I had a Groupon, expected to pay $0 they he rattled off all these services, and I agreed to a furnace cleaning. then they presented me with a bill for $700. Then....they charged me card $700 and then 4 days later another $350. Crooks. Do not use this company

Fred Long and his team have installed a number of units on my properties and the work was always completed in a professional and timely manner.
We just had a heat and air unit installed in January 2019. Fred Long and his crew done a GREAT job. Fred took the time to go over different units with us so we could get the best unit for our needs. We have not had any problems and if we do, I am certain that Fred and KDM will stand behind their work and products. We would definitely recommend KDM for all your heat and air issues. KDM was knowledgeable on units and options. Did not try to over sell me on equipment. Actually talked me out of some options I thought I needed. The entire team that showed up (sales and install) was professional did not look like some roll outs, nothing was missing afterwards and cleaned up!
Our HVAC went out last November a week before Thanksgiving. We had several companies come by to take a look at our home and the failed unit to provide a quote on replacing it. When Fred came by he asked the same questions as everyone until he looked into the crawl space. Then he asked if any of the previous companies had actually gone into the crawl space to inspect and measure the duct work. They had not. Long story short, Fred discovered our existing duct work was inadequate and under-insulated. We ended up choosing KDM and have been extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Fred and this company. They go above and beyond the call.
I had a central heat/air unit installed last summer at my Dad's home. Installation was very professional and have had no problems with the unit at all. I also had them inspect a unit on my home when it quit cooling a couple of months later. Repaired leak and recharged the unit. No problems since. Technicians were courteous and professional at all times. Would recommend them highly.
Great company - quick service and very honest about problems and fixes. I would definitely recommend this team. Much easier to work with than some others I have tried.
