Updated review- Banks Quarles just called to cancel my appt today that was confirmed about a month ago. Seems like this company has a difficult time living up to their promise to customers. They excel in their lack of dependability and reliability. Third time that Banks Quarles has not been able to fulfill my electrical inspection per my service contract. Now having to reschedule for a 4th time. Don’t trust them.

Chris was professional and courteous. He diagnosed and resolved a complex electrical issue that affected multiple areas of our home. The result was having the power to plugs and lights in various rooms of our house restored and correcting a previous issue that led to those failures.
Fixed what the issue was, and I had him had other things while here, so I did not have to have the other things done at another day. He did a very good job and was polite & professional.
Andrew was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. Really appreciate his positive attitude and help!

I’ve used the same company and professional for prior individual services. Advice was rendered today with complete confidence as in prior service calls. Subsequently, I elected to enroll in the company’s VIP Comfort Club to ease my family’s anxiety when home utility systems are compromised from adverse environmental conditions.

Had a plumbing issue that they came out in January to look at. And I'm not faulting the technician, but he couldn't find anything wrong, so paid him money for literally nothing to get fixed. Two months later, the same issue happens again. Call to set up an appointment, explain the issue, have an appointment booked. The owner of the property has driven two hours to be here for the appointment to oversee it and make sure everything's okay. Get a call that the technician has been dispatched to my property. Literally less than 10 minutes later, they call and say they can no longer come service me because they don't service "condos." Well, I don't live at a condo, they literally came here two months ago and provided service and knew the full details of the situation when this appointment was booked this time. Offered no help, solution or compensation after wasting our time and are still stuck with a plumbing issue. So, PSA, don't book Banks Quarles if you live in any type of condo, apartment, or townhouse because they will apparently book the appointment, but then when you've taken time off work to wait at your house all day for them to show up, they won't.
I'm rating Andrew Snipes! He came to my residence and fixed both of my toilets and my sink. He was fast, friendly, and effective. Highly recommended!! I initially had 2 other technicians come out and they did not fix my issue at all! I had to call the company back and let them know my issue was not resolved! I was a little frustrated, because when you pay a plumber you want to get results. Nevertheless, they sent out Andrew and he was ON POINT! Thank you so much.
The service technician was courteous, professional and thorough. Technician discussed in detail every aspect of the inspection. My overall assessment is excellent.
