The tech that showed up was nice enough. Quick response to a call or else the review would be worse. Tried to charge me $300 for a part I know costs $20, and takes maybe 5 minutes to install. Do not let these people charge you $300 to change a capacitor. That’s robbery.

Josh called as expected. Met at residence and provided excellent service and explanation. After checking the unit thourougly, he found unit to be working perfectly. Very professional. Great service.
They said no time to trouble shoot or to wait few weeks or if we change the unit it should be day after. At the end I have to do it myself using feedback on Google and it cost me 10$ and one hour ( instead of change the unit😱)
My repair tech ( Ricky ) was very through and professional. I wish all my repair personnel that visited my home recently. were this customer oriented. Good job Ricky and thank you !

My AC unit was burnt outside and inside by lightning. The installers were hardworking and very motivated to accomplish their task. To spite the fact; storms kept rolling in one after another all day. With thunder, lightning and hard rain, even a tornado in the area just a few miles away. They were very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of their job. Complete AC replacement Thanks so much

Upon the Initial visit, the fix applied did not work but after calling back, Adam came back after his appointments that day to fix it. After troubleshooting for a little while, Adam located the source of the problem and fixed it! Even though the first fix did not work, Adam continued to show professionalism, compassion, and perseverance to resolve my issues. Thank you Adam for all your time and efforts! I called because of a $40. Service call advertisement but now I know why they advertise that - they make it up on charges . I have never paid $450. And would have been $490. For changing a capacitor and drain line clean out . 🥵
